- Great sports events were organised every year but the captions are selected from Hostelers only, Day scholar did not gets chance
- They had introduced a new course from this year, Computer Science. i think this would be a drawback
Remarks :
There are no such group discussions and interviews for getting admission, you just need to go through the counselling process. There are 4 types of courses provided in the B.Tech, which are Textile Technology, Textile Engineering, Manmade Fibre Technology, and Textile Chemistry. Previously, they also provided diploma courses, but now they don’t. Eligibility for admission to this college is determined by the main results. Last year, the highest placement provided to 18 students was 15 LPA.

I completed a B.Tech in Textile Technology from UPTTI Kanpur in 2018-2022, this is a very popular textile government college in India. I have completed 100 years. The most important thing is that the placement record is 100% with an average package of 3.5 CTC. I recommend that you visit the college campus once. The college has the latest equipment and instruments.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, the placement cell has offered me an internship in Ludhiana (Punjab) at Nahar Groups for 45 days, which was not paid, but accommodations were provided. I learned from the cotton-to-yarn-making process, which helped me further in my projects.
Placement Experience :
Talking about the placements This college has a record of 100% placement; packages vary from 2.8 to 8 LPA generally, I was placed at 2.8 LPA in Mysore, but today I am working in Kanpur (garment sector ) at 4.8 LPA. No salary is not constraint; it increases based on your experience.
Campus Life :
During my time in college, around 2 years were wasted due to the COVID lockdown, so I was unable to enjoy my college life properly. But the time when I was in college was great. Great sports events were organised every year. Around 198 students get admission every year to this college through JEE Mains counselling.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is good, along with the infrastructure and food; all are above average. But I had not taken hostel because my home town is Kanpur, The hostel mess is good; I had eaten many times in the afternoon meal, which is only 50 rupees.

our course is not for placement , you will get job in many library as per your degree , if you want grad a jobs you have complete PHD in library science . there is no campuss placement in this college for this course . most of student do mlis and UGN net after blis and some of them prepare for government like JNV and asst librarioan posts

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.
