The factors that made me choose this college was due to the exposure it gives us in terms of seminars and helps us connect with industry experts through the regular sessions organized by ABS under Amity University. ABS being one of the top institute in Amity university has alumni as well as good range of network of people associated. I chose this due to the opportunities offered. One Good thing about Amity is you have various amenities and benefits offered to you and one bad thing is you need to attendance system. Although this strictness helps one get a taste of the corporate life at an earlier stage. I had an online round where I had to upload my videos of speaking on the question displayed over the screen, it was very easy with basic question on yourself and certain current affairs and your opinion on it.
Choe this course since I wanted to upskill myself and didn't want to limit myself with graduation and limited knowledge. MBA helps one to gather a broader vision on how things work in corporate and business as well. The faculty are really good and helpful given that you're in their good books and don't create nuisance in lectures. They are quite friendly and approachable with your doubts too and problems that you might not be able to solve on personal front. The term exams are average and you can easily score 80% in them given that you've paid some attention to the lectures. Everything is revised as well if you request the faculty on time. The cost of study is a little high but is justified given the amenities to you and there are options for financial assistance as well as scholarship programs too (with some conditions ofcourse)
Yes, i interned in a health and wellness company for Business Analytics. The company was a startup There were good companies as well but i couldn't convert the opportunity. There was no stipend offered to me.
Eligibility criteria is No backlogs and CGPA above 6. As of now placements are just starting and there was only one company that is there which is TVS. Some of the popular companies that come are amazon, TVS, blackrock, deloitte, KPMG, etc. They try to place 100% of the students interested and eligible and I also plan to get placed through college only. Average package is 10LPA
Excellent social life as well as infrastructure. Full AC Campus as well as fests are held too. Biggest one being Amity Youth Fest and you'll love attending it. There's a whole 2 floor of library with never ending books and everything there. A whole block has been allocated to the library. Sangathan is also held which is the Annual Sports fest of Amity, apart from all this there are various outlets in H block to calm down those hunger pangs. some of them are Dosa Plaza, Subway, Dominoz, etc.
I didn't opt for hostel but from what i've heard from classmates is that there are certain limitations when you opt for a hostel here. One being reporting on time inside the hostel and also time restrictions are there. Apart from everything is good. Food might not be so great when it comes to hostel mess.
They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
There are regular placement drives that are conducted on a monthly basis. We have regular updates for campus placement drives that are shared with us and we can participate in them to choose the best options for ourselves.

B.Tech computer Science engineering is very tech driven field which , by the assistance of new tech driven laboratories, latest generation technology focused curriculum, is very remarkable field to study and progress in.
Placements and job opportunities at Galgotias university are good. Students become eligible according to their course requirements and academic performance. Many healthcare companies and hospitals visit for placements and internships. After completing B.Sc Nursing, my plan is to work in a good hospital, gain experience and grow in the healthcare field.
