The exam was conducted and ranks are allotted to us as per our given marks. On the basics of the given ranks, we can choose college. If we fit inside the college rank that college is allotted to us. We can change it any time. To prepare for this is very easy. Many books and resources are available offline and online to prepare for it. The exams level is also very moderate.
