My sincere opinion. Ongoing student

What I Liked

Campus is always clean no dust on floor.theres many cleaning staffs in the college they always keep mopping the floor so it's always clean and fresh you can't find any dust particles at floor. Clean and neat campus. Also many securities around the campus we always feel safe and secure in the campus
Many faculties on the college. More than one faculty to teach one subject so we can ask any doubts to others. They're so much helping towards students we can ask any doubts any time they'll help us. And many lab assistants also. More than one lab assistant for a department we can seek help to them in lab sessions too.

What I didn’t like

Canteen food was bad. The rice looks like they didn't drain the water properly. Food was poor and same curry for lunch every day we feel like hate it when they give same dishes all day every month. That's it
Many dogs are there. Street dogs, it seems like the canteen uncle raise them inside the campus the give food to dogs inside the canteen we feel disgusting and scared sometimes. Many dogs roaming around the canteen area

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was civil engineering department. It has good scope for future. If you're interested you can definitely go for it easy subject compare to other core btech departments. Faculties are very helpful we can ask doubts to them anytime

Remarks:

I join the college through management quota you can easily get inside the college if you've good marks on 12th and 10th. Also you can get seats through keam merit quota. I haven't attend any interview or exams to get admission through management quota

STIST - You'll not be disappointed about academics and peaceful environment

What I Liked

-The faculties are actually nice, they definitely know what they are doing
-The classes and labs are advanced, we have an entire block dedicated to labs and workshops

What I didn’t like

-the types of food available in the canteen is limited - Kind of an 'okay' taste
- Sports facilities is 'okay' and need to improve

Placement Experience:

-Minimum backlogs are preferred - I think a few tech companies visits the campus every year, idk about the details about them as I'm currently on my 5th sem -I think my senior friend got placed for a job that pays around 20-25k - almost all graduates from an engineering college gets a salary around these figures, so don't worry

Remarks:

- I failed my general entrance exam, thus I couldn't get into a government college - I know some students and Facilities from my college earlier -It is a good college with adequate facilities and quality teaching - Faculties are helpful (very important point to consider) - The college canteen need to be improved - Sports facilities should be slightly improved - College technical and cultural fest are conducted annually (it's very good) -Will recommend -"It's not about the place, it's about the people"

A great college for a middle class student.

What I Liked

The students and faculty are so loving and caring.
The campus is peaceful and beautiful has swings shades of trees and lot of art done by students
The football ground is very every activities of boys are done .

What I didn’t like

The principal has put restrictions on students who do not prosper well in academic to conduct extra activities funded by college .
The classrooms are a bit dull but is gradually changing . They are being updated and becoming better.

Placement Experience:

Placement officers along with collaborations from companies occur every year. The placement officer is very helpful and if you're not that bad in your studies then they will help you get into a good company with a good package. Training sessions and classes are also provided for free and company visits are also provided from the college.

Remarks:

There was no interview. They pretty much take any students and reservation and fee deductions are also available if you have great achievements. The fee is based on your academic performance of 10th and 12th and also based on reservation. Students have fees from 2000 per year to 90000 per year depending on the marks.
