The one with green and mutual learn

What I Liked

infrastructure is good that most of the buildings are well spaced
social life is the best here, with different communities and space for talk
intgration of buildings with nature is so good, that college is so green

What I didn’t like

faculties need to be more supportive on skill developing and understanding students
Even after taking arts fee every sem, college not conducting or any big events or fests

Placement Experience:

There are special placement training classes on different sems, and faulties often encourage for practicing for those placement tests and on my knowledge there are decent enough compnies coming for placements and the criteria most of the companies setting is having no supplies and most of the companies providing 2 options the software tester with annual package 3lakh something and software developer with annual package 6lakh something

Internships Opportunities:

No, the internships mostly depends upon individual skill and ability, I yet to have an internship opportunity but i know some of my friends who is having internship But till now college didn't provide any opportunitiea for students to have any internship

College Engineering Karunagappally Summary

What I Liked

Nature friendly campus. The compound consists of lots trees.
Friendly faculties. The college has very friendly faculties.

What I didn’t like

Distance between buildings. Students need to walk quite some distance from one block to another.

Placement Experience:

The college has placement rate of 50-60% including all of the branches.ost of the students get placed are from computer science branch because the batch has a capacity of 120 students. Rest of branches are also getting placed .

My experience in college

What I Liked

The campus environment is really calm and nature friendly
The class rooms, labs, library are also very nice.

What I didn’t like

The lacks of programmes conducted every year are low
The could include a special time for sports and arts

Placement Experience:

They provide very great placement opportunities at many multinational companies. Companies like TCS are all part of the placements and most of the students get placement in various companies.

What I Liked

Campus has good ambience. Provide internship, hackathon and placement training.
IEEE, Tinkerhub and nss are active in this college.
Some faculties are friendly and approachable.
Textbooks are available in the library so there is no need to buy them.

What I didn’t like

Some places in the college are not maintained properly.
Sports for girls are inactive. Active during sports day only.
There are also a lot of assignments and record works.
Exams are conducted frequently than programs.

Placement Experience:

Our college offers good placement opportunities. This year, seniors were placed in companies like Amazon, UST, Mitsogo, and Kennedys IQ, among others. Compared to last year, many more seniors received placements. Placement training was also provided to us this year.

A Glimpse At My College

What I Liked

Campus life is all set , college is situated in a ecosystem full of trees and animals
Infrastructure is quite good and improving . We have air conditioned rooms , smart samsung boards for teaching and much more

What I didn’t like

Friendship is hard to form . Because each department have different blocks located at distant places making it burden to talk with.
Too much of trees and plants paving way for insects , mosquitoes .

Placement Experience:

Multiple companies come to our college including TCS , UST Global , Infosys , IBS , Tech Mahindra etc . Our placement is good grade . We also have initiated alumni support as part of fast hiring. You can secure IHRD / ICFOSS internship if you are skilled in your third year .

Internships Opportunities:

I had opted for IHRD internship, but got rejected during interview because i wasnt confident about AI/ML field . I recieved an internship as Buisness Developer Manager with a stipend of 15k per month . I have done multiple projects from health sector to virtual hand mouse .

Experience, Excellence, and Opportunities: A Comprehensive Review of Our College

What I Liked

The campus is really good and there are a lot of place to vibe with your friends.
The faculty is really nice they are more like friends to us.

What I didn’t like

There are some places of the college which are more like a forest.
The canteen could have been a bit better with lot of more food option

Placement Experience:

The placements are pretty good with various of our seniors being placed in companies like Mitsigo,clockhash, UST Global, innspark, etc. Also, one of our seniors recently got placed into Amazon. There is a benefit that you can go to some of the other IHRD colleges for placement drive

Internships Opportunities:

As I'm in my first year I haven't yet opted for any internship but our college has offered various specializations like web development, flutter development, python, and java which would be very helpful for enhancing the skill sets of the student

What I Liked

College ambiance is like nostalgic film places
Faculties are very friendly than expected
The arts and sports programme were awesome

What I didn’t like

Some extra fees want to be paid to the college
Some lab facilities were average and equipments not properly running

Placement Experience:

There are many placement companies come to our college. There is a placement cell in our college to coordinate with these companies. The eligibility to participate in placement is to get 7.5 cgpa. Some of the recruiters are TCS, Quest global, infosys, etc. The highest package is around 9lpa and the average pack is around 6lpa.Percentage of students getting placement is more than 30.I want to take Mtech after getting the degree.

Internships Opportunities:

Yes, I have opted an internship programme held at our college. It was full stack development. They taught us html, css and javascript. They gave us mini projects and a major project. The person who complete the major project will get the certificate and recommend to companies. Our task was to create a website for our college and successfully completed.

What I Liked

Kind, charismatic, and have a passion for teaching. The students get an interest in studies due to this.
The campus life is great. The seniors are also great which improves the quality of time in the campus.

What I didn’t like

The buildings are kind of old, but the buildings are strong and good enough.
Network problem is persistent throughout the classrooms. And wifi facility is not available everywhere.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is an important part of college, and this college is not exception, here there is a dedicated team for placement and have dedicated period for discussing and reviewing placement questions frequently asked in exams, this provides students with enough experience and confidence to have he knowledge to appear in any examination and ace it. And for the internships, as I have told earlier, we have a free of cost internship which is provided to students to gain experience and confidence in their skills with 2 and half months of training and 1 and half months of project development period, minor project and major project. For job opportunities, we have alumini who provides students with opportunities for job at their companies and have the placement team working on having as many companies as possible for placement tests.

Internships Opportunities:

Yes, we have internship conducted at our college itself with no fees for joining and no laptop requirement, this is giving the students with great opportunity to have a great skill added to their resume and have a certificate valid for future jobs and internship finding.

What I Liked

College has an infrastructure that is blended with the environment.
Faculties are really great and provides full support to the students

What I didn’t like

Its basically poor energy resource management
The lab infrastructure can be improved a bit more by upgrading The existing systems.

Placement Experience:

The college provides campus placements of an average salary pack of 6.5lpa . Many MNC are providing placement offers to the college. The college also provides internship to develope technical skills of the students.
