What I Liked

The best this college provides is patient flow and faculty support.
Great infrastructure and good college life with various sports.

Placement Experience:

Good exposure to patients in this college although as an intern you do not get any stipend. But a good amount of exposure is there you can assist the PGs on various cases. Students passing out of this college are doing well. Pursuing Post-graduation our opening their dental clinic and various JRship courses.

Remarks:

I had to take NEET to get enrolled in this college. There was no interview done. I googled about this college and got to know that this college has good patient flow because it has sgpgi near and all patients are referred to this college for dental evaluation. Advanced instruments and machines are available.

Sardar Patel Dental College Review

What I Liked

I enjoy the little things like interaction with faculty and little bit of campus life, it's actually wonderful when the faculty share their life experiences with us when you enter the college that literally nullifies all the lingering doubts you have about this course.
I do love the senior junior interaction to be honest , can't tell a lot about it you'll be able to experience itself when you arrive here as a first year student. I do love the Nescafe and canteen they really do ease out the options you have if you wanna grab a quick snack.

What I didn’t like

Probably the infrastructure is not that well maintained as the college was found in 1996 , so it's pretty old and all that stuff but yes definitely gets better every year and you'll be used to it real quick.
Sometimes the campus seems to be really small , I mean not how you expect it to be just reduce your expectations and you'll be fine. Campus being not that big you'll feel bored sometimes and if you are a hosteler.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum includes different subjects just like in MBBS with one or two dental subjects every year. There is no semester system, we have an Exam at the end of the year and 3 internal examinations through the course of the entire year. The faculty is really good, they are friendly and successful in the departments they are in right now.

Remarks:

It is one of the best private colleges in Uttar Pradesh and being a resident of Prayagraj I was able to travel whenever I wanted. The dental patients who come to SGPGI which is around 2.5 km are referred here and you get to experience a lot of patients that way in your clinical postings.
