IIAD provides a dedicated placement cell, the Career Services Division (CSD) at IIAD, which manages both internship opportunities and placements for its students. The CSD department actively collaborates with organisations to facilitate on-campus interviews, offering valuable assistance in interview preparation, development of cover letters, and portfolio development. The CSD also plays a pivotal role in coordinating live projects, organising industry visits, hosting seminars and workshops, and inviting guest lecturers.

IIAD currently maintains affiliations with 250+ industry connections, fostering avenues for student internships, collaborative projects and placements. Students are encouraged to explore internship opportunities throughout their academic tenure with the institution, with a mandatory 8+16-week career-building internship requirement in the second and third years. Credits are awarded based on performance during this internship period.
