No fest and cultural events is conducted. 'Utopia' is the academic event for English literature department. There are enough books and e-books available in the library. Sports students were given care and trained by masters.

Campus life is awesome at Patna Women's College. The college promotes a lot of activities and sports on campus every week, month, and year. The college gives a chance to every student to participate in activities. There is a rule for every student to participate. There are a lot of functions like college day, December delay, freshers fest, sports day, Science fest, annual function, Christmas day, etc. Teachers also support students to participate in activities. The college has an emergency room with all the medicines and nurses.
