Based in Noida, the RICS School of Built Environment is a private institute that was established in 2013. Affiliated to Amity University, the institute is accredited by the NBA. Undergraduate, postgraduate and research level courses are offered here in Management.
 

A popular course at RICS SBE is the two-year MBA, offered in 3 specialisations. The candidate should have cleared graduation with 50%, in addition to being a valid CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/NMAT Rank holder. The total fees of the program is Rs 12 Lakhs.
RICS SBE offers other undergraduate courses like BBA. Admissions are based on merit.
PG Diploma and PhD are offered here as well. PhD Entrance Test is mandatory for candidates seeking admission to PhD Program at RICS SBE.

Different percentages of scholarships are awarded to undergraduate and postgraduate students based on merit scored in Class 12, JEE Mains and Graduation. Scholarship percentages based on Class XII scores are as follows: For CBSE/ISC, 95% or above gets 100%, 93–94.99% gets 75%, and 90–92.99% gets 50%. For State Boards, 90% or above gets 20%.
RICS SBE is home to facilities like gym, a library, sports complex, cafeteria, auditorium, medical support, Wi-fi campus, IT Infrastructure, classrooms, transport systems and a convenience store.
In 2023, 95% of the batch was placed in the Placement Drive. The highest CTC offered was recorded at INR 30 LPA. Some of the top recruiters included ICICI Bank, DLF, L&T Constructions, Rustomjee and Godrej Properties.
