Eligibility Criteria: A pass in the HSC (Academic) or its equivalent. A minimum of 45%. average marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together. When the candidates produce grade certificate, they have to produce the actual marks also, otherwise only the minimum marks applicable to the grades in the eligible subjects (Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry) will be taken into account. For minimum eligibility, rounding of marks and normalized marks will also not be considered. Improvement marks will also not be considered. Candidate should have a valid score of marks obtained in JEE main of corresponding year examination.

Selection Process: The admission will be based on the merit of rank obtained by the candidates in JEE Main of corresponding year.

1. Caution Deposit (Institute) - One time fees payable at the time of admission-Refundable after course completion.
2. Students of B.Tech (Handloom and Textile Technology) program will be paid stipend @Rs. 3000/- per month in the academic session with terms and conditions.

3.The Children of handloom weavers studying at IIHT will get the following benefits:  Full reimbursement of annual tuition fees, admission fees, exam fees, etc.

4. Rs. 5,000/- per month as stipend.

5. To avail these benefits, the parent shall submit separate application to concerned Weavers Service Centre after getting admission at IIHT.
