The ISBR College life!!

What I Liked

The clg is too small but the faculty is the best!
Anyone would say the tree behindd the campus and the shade to sit under!

What I didn’t like

There are no sports activities and no gym and no club activities
There is no social activities or confrence taking place.

Placement Experience:

For bachelor's there is no such thing call placement The worst thing about this clg , they promised alot but gave nothing, better to find jobs and internships off campus coz clg won't provide any of these!

Remarks:

For me they had a online exam and then a interview lined up. The first round was logical reasoning and aptitude which was online and the 2nd round was a call interview which was on the Direct call with the admission department.(Basic questions).

What I Liked

Hostel, I like hostel as it is less like hostel but we get to know new people. It is always interactive enjoyable.
Faculty, I never faced any linguistic, misbehaviour or discrimination.

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure, It is not at all satisfactory my schools auditorium was bigger than my college.
Placement cell, they are working on it but it will take a lot of time. Avg package is very less starting from(2.50lpa - 3lpa)

Placement Experience:

Placement cell is not that good . They are working hard on it. Surely they will do better in the upcoming years. I got internship also from outside. Then I got job also from outside. My college gave me contact of HR that was unreachable.

Remarks:

I got selected for many good colleges in bengaluru but this was only with the best budget fitting fees structure. I am on a education loan and would suggest not to come on education loan here for this course and college. It's not satisfactory. I faced an interview and an apptitude test while appearing for this college. It's was really easy.

Surely gonna be helpful for your decision making in college selection.

What I Liked

Faculties are very experienced and supportive here.
Location of this college is best as it's surrounded by many companies and environment is very good.

What I didn’t like

Campus size is not appropriate it should have been little bigger.
Placement should be more better as faculties are good students should get a chance to be placed in good companies.

Placement Experience:

For placements one should have at least 75% attendance in all the subjects, Last year placements were at a satisfactory level but this year for our internship very less reputed companies were there and others were startups mainly sales internships coming with profiles like sales executive, I searched for internship on my own and got the role of portfolio management intern.

Remarks:

Getting admission here was not that tough 60 percentile was the cutoff for the cat exam and I scored 87 percentile and interview process was also there for shortlisting the students. I took admission here because according to me ROI was quite good as their average placement package is 7-7.5 lakhs.

It's all about my college : ISBR

What I Liked

I like courses in this college. It has good courses
Support system of the College is good. They treat us like family

What I didn’t like

Infrastructure is not good. It's very small
Placement is not good. So it's the drawback

Placement Experience:

Placement is not so good.. If you are talented in your field you can get the Placement. Companies will visit the main campus. Good Companies will come. Totally it's based on your performance. So be prepared. Internships are must and should in last semester.

Remarks:

This college comes under Bangalore University. That's the main reason I have chosen this college. And it has affordable fees for karnataka students and the other state students have to pay more. It contains two level of admission process. One is mcq test, that's a moderate level test and the next level is interview. That will be not so tough if you are confident.
