The eligibility criteria is 85 % marks in final year, it also depends on your soft skills and your technical skills, big companies like TCS, Cisco and etc come for placements, they could also check you problem solving skills
Currently I have not opted for any internship, but faculty said in 2nd year they will provide a 90 days internship which will be compulsory or your could also do a internship by yourself, and you will do various projects during the internship

No I don't get any intership opportunity from college side and our all class students not get any intership we only got the project for college work and practical file for college assignment only we get these in our college
