Eligibility Criteria for B.Sc Fashion & Apparel Design

Candidates must fulfil the following criteria to be eligible for admission:-

• Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination from a recognized board (CBSE, ICSE, Karnataka Board, etc.) or equivalent.
• Distance education or private candidates (NIOS) must have pursued the same combination of subjects in the 11th and 12th grades.
• Admission approval, fee refunds, and document retention will be governed by Bengaluru North University norms.
• University guidelines will be updated periodically, and applicants must adhere to these regulations.
• Wards of ex-Army personnel serving in the Navy/Air Force are eligible if parents served Army for 5+ years.
• Children of Army Postal, Nursing, and Territorial personnel are eligible if parents meet specific service requirements.

Candidates are required to submit the following documents at the time of application:-

• Aadhar Card
• Passport-size photo of the candidate
• Signature of the candidate
• 10th Std Marks Card 12th Std Marks Card
• Caste Certificate
• Parent’s Income Certificate

Candidates will be required to deposit INR 10,000 by the due date as mentioned in the Admission Schedule of AIFD for 2025. This amount will be adjusted against the first installment of the fee when the candidate is admitted.
