Kerala Agricultural University (KAU) has released the allotment schedule for PG Admission 2024. Candidates who have successfully filled in their choices for the course / college are eligible for further allotment rounds. The first provisional allotment list will be published on November 26, 2024.

2nd Provisional Allotment Upgradation / confirmation by the applicants December 29, 2024 (Upto 10:00 AM )
Publishing of Final Provisional List December 30, 2024 (12:00 Noon)

KAU PG Allotment Process

  • Candidates included in the Provisional Allotment List must physically report for document verification to confirm their admission.
  • Physical Reporting date for verification and admission has not been declared.
  • Candidates selected will be admitted to the course, provided they pay the prescribed fees in full on the due date fixed.
  • Failure to submit the fees by the deadline may result in the withdrawal of the admission.

Documents Required for KAU PG Admission

Candidates must produce the below-listed original documents at the time of admission:

  • Qualifying Certificates
  • Date of Birth Proofs
  • Nativity Certificate
  • NCLC / EWS Certificate in case of reservation candidates other than SC/ST
  • SC/ST certificates (for Kerala Native only)
  • Medical Certificate in the case of PwD Candiates
  • Aadhar Card
  • Certificate from the Head of the institution to the effect that the institution is under the University which is accredited by the ICAR / will come under the umbrella of the NARS of ICAR in the case of candidates who have passed the qualifying examination from outside Kerala.
  • Transfer Certificate
  • Migration Certificate (Candidates graduated from Universities outside the Kerala State)
  • Conduct certificate
  • Medical fitness certificate obtained from a Govt. Medical Officer not below the rank of Asst. Surgeon.
  • Scorecard of ICAR JRF/SRF or GATE (as applicable)

Note: Candidates whose original certificates are in any language other than English should produce a translation certificate from the competent authority.
