Parul University is located in Vadodara and is promoting cultural understanding and fostering positive relations within the diverse communities in our nation. Parul University has invited 34 students to the Foundation Day Celebrations at the Gujarat Raj Bhavan in Gandhinagar. The esteemed invitation was extended by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. On February 20, 2024, Gujarat Raj Bhavan conducted the Foundation Day celebration of the states of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram. With the guidelines of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the event served as a lively platform to display the unity and diversity of India's rich heritage.

The Raj Bhavan welcomes the inhabitants of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram who are currently residing in Gujarat. Artists and students from Parul University were invited as special guests to give performances demonstrating the university's commitment to fostering creativity and cultural expression.

Parul University students from the eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram visited the Raj Bhavan and participated in various cultural events. The students interacted with the officials and dignitaries from various government bodies and also discussed the rich cultural tapestry of these states. The unwavering support from Parul University helped the students to have a unique opportunity to interact with esteemed dignitaries, including the Minister of Tourism, Cultural Activities, Forest & Environment, and Climate Change, Shri Mulubhai Bera Ji, Government of Gujarat, and Shri Balkrishna Shukla Ji, Former Member of Parliament of the 15th Lok Sabha of India. Their words impacted and resonated deeply with young minds and also ignited a spark of innovation and ambition within their young minds.
