J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) has made an important announcement regarding JKCET 2023 admissions for Bachelor of Engineering & Technology Courses. Instead of conducting an entrance exam, the admissions will now be based on class 12th marks. In light of this, the authority is urging applicants who haven't submitted their Qualifying Examination Marksheet during the application process, and those awaiting their class 12th result or equivalent exam, to kindly upload their subject-wise marks.

Candidates can conveniently upload their Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics marks from their class 12th exams in the respective column of the online application form. To facilitate this, the editing option for the online application form will be available on the official website from June 22, 2023, until June 26, 2023, at midnight. Candidates are advised to upload their marks within this timeframe.

JKCET 2023 Key Points

JKCET 2023 applicants should be careful with the following points:

• The authority will not accept any fresh JKCET 2023 application.
• Marksheet of the applicants will not be accepted through e-mail(s) or physically by the Board
• Candidates who will fail to upload their marks within the time limit which is 22-06-2023 to 26-06-2023 (midnight) candidature of that candidate will be automatically canceled and they will not be eligible for the counseling process.
• A warning from the board that candidates should not attempt to make any changes to their already submitted online application forms. If Board will find any case like this, the admission process for that application will be canceled.

JKCET 2023 Important Instructions for Uploading of 12th Marks Sheet

Before uploading the 12th Marks Sheet candidates must read the following instructions:

• On the home page under the heading “Online Applications”, applicants must click on the link “CET Engineering” 
• After that need to enter the application ID, DOB, and captcha code
• After that click on the submit button.
• After submitting the above details an OTP will come on the registered mobile no./email address which is mentioned in the application form.
• Enter the OTP which is received on mobile and click on “verify”
• After that click on the “Edit form” option and enter the 12th marks on the respective place
• After entering marks now you can click on the “upload document tab” and upload the 12th class marks sheet
• Now you must take a print of the edited application form for record.
