NIMCET 2023 Counselling commenced on 29 June 2023. Qualified candidates are eligible to register their names for the counselling process of NIMCET 2023 on the official website - nimcet.admissions.nic. The last date for NIMCET 2023 Counselling Registration was 4 July 2023. NIMCET 2023 Special Round Seat Allotment is released on 26 July 2023 by the official authority. Once selected, candidates will be required to pay the seat acceptance fee and fulfil the document verification process for this last round as per the schedule notified by the allotted institute.

After the seat allotment in the NIMCET 2023 counselling, candidates who are allotted seats will need to present certain documents at the designated institute. How to Register for NIMCET 2023 Counselling?

Stepwise NIMCET 2023 Counselling process is given below:

• Registration: Candidates need to register themselves on the official NIMCET website using their login credentials, which include a username and password. After this step, candidates can participate in the counseling process.
• Choice Filling and Locking: After registration, candidates can fill in their preferred choices of NITs as their preferences. They can select from the available options based on their preferences and eligibility. It is crucial to carefully consider the choices before submitting and locking them, as changes cannot be made after the deadline.
• Seat Allotment: The NIMCET authority will conduct multiple rounds of seat allotment based on the candidate's merit, choices filled, and availability of seats. The seat allotment result will be published on the official website. Candidates who are allotted seats must proceed to the next step.
• Seat Acceptance and Fee Payment: Selected candidates need to pay the seat acceptance fee within the specified time to confirm their admission. Failure to pay the fee may result in the cancellation of the allotted seat.
• Document Verification: Candidates must visit the designated reporting centers for document verification. They need to carry their original documents, such as educational certificates, category certificates (if applicable), identity proof, etc. 
• Reporting to the Allotted Institute: Finally, candidates must report to the allotted NIT within the stipulated time period. They need to complete the admission formalities, pay the remaining fees, and submit the necessary documents.
