- And another best part is there is no official uniform.
Dislikes
- Annual cultural fest are not organised on regular basis .
- There is strict attandance rule and it is 75% .
Remarks :
In my city Meerut . MIET is one of the best college fir engineering. Placement training is the plus point . Aptitude classes , choose based classes (AWS ,Azure , Salesforce) are also provided which is not available in other colleges in meerut.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is also well designed. Well educated faculty many with PhD, syllabus covered on time , also notes will be provided by faculty. Exams were in 4 stages . 2 sessional exams each 60 marks per subject 1 pre- university test of 100 marks conducted before semester exam . Then final is university semester exam .
Internships Opportunities :
Yes , it's was a virtual internship by AICTE. And have a good hands on experience. Apart from this from college side industrial visit were also organised for hands on experience in different-different domain.
Placement Experience :
Placement department is show much active . Co-ordinator give special attention to students . In the starting of 4th year classes named "Zenith " were also organised for students to prepare for aptitude.Expert Faculty were appointed from outside .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
First year fee is 1,30,000 then for rest 3 years it will be 107000 . There will be no registration fee . All extra fee is included in 1,30,000 there will be no extra fee. During semester exam you have to pay exam fee and that will be paid directly to the university erp.
Campus Life :
Social life in Miet is amazing , many societies and club are there related to department and extra cultural activities. Also those who are interested in extra activities like singing so special club for theme is there to promote there skills .
Hostel Facilities :
I have not opted hostel. But one of my friend opted and her experience was nice with good quality food . There is different food in different day which say a good time table. And rooms are also well cleand

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
