- The thing I like about my college is that it is well acute. They have like to different restaurants and I must also say the kitchen are very well. Maintain with top class machines.
- There are also opportunities for excising and keep ourselves healthy and fit as a very big ground, and we can play every evening in this grounds

- The thing I dislike about my college is the attitude of my faculty
- At times, I feel that the classes are over crowded
Remarks :
The main factors that made me choose this college of over other colleges where that it was ranked as the 34th best college in the whole world and it was ranked number three in India. Moreover, I wanted to explore a city like Chennai so that is the reason why I choose this college over other colleges. The admission process were pretty basic. There was there was a joint entrance examination, and it was basically like a general aptitude test consisting of English mathematics and some basic stuff. For examination, I just practiced general arithmetic and some basic English
Course Curriculum Overview :
I found the cost gram to be well balanced, combining theory with hands on training programme covers essential areas like food, production and office management and housekeeping, giving us some real world experience in the institutes top notch facilities Talking about the faculty, I am sure the faculty of highly qualified with a mix of industry experience and academic knowledge. They are training mothers which include case, studies and practical demonstrations, make learning very engaging there also quite approachable and supportive. Coming to the term exams, I am sure they were conducted on time and they are moderately challenging, especially the practical assessments. I must say the course is demanding but prepares as well for the hospitality industry.
Internships Opportunities :
During my college days, it was mandatory to do a four month internship in any lead five star hotel and during this time it was really frustrating in order to cope up with the timings as one must work for like 13 to 14 hours every single day and type, and for every month is less than ?2000. Also, during the internship, you have opportunity to work with the industry leaders and also get an opportunity to interact with employees of a leading hotel and get to know how the various departments in a hotel functions and also various other aspects of the hospitality industry. Placement Experience :
I am Chennai. Placement opportunities are robots with numerous top hospitality recruiters such as Marriott, Hyatt Oberoi and Leela visiting the camps to be eligible for placement. Students need to maintain strong academic performance, practical skills and professional conduct. But during my time they were no restrictions in order to appear for interviews, approximately about 60 to 70% of students receive job offer with highest packaging, reaching five lakhs per annum and average packages around 4 lakhs per the placement rate is generally around 80% and post graduation students to be per year roles in lady hotels for the studies, entrepreneur ventures or international opportunities
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
When I studied in IIM Chennai, the fees for the first year was about 1,50,000, which included tuition fees, refundable, caution fee of rupees ?8000 a kitchen kit fee of about 20,000 a uniform fee of about 8000 along with other charges, such as medical insurance and fees and student activity fees The second year fee was about 1,30,000 with a continuation of the tuition fee of about 1,10,000 but lower additional charges since the kitchen kit and caution fee of one time payments in the first year in the third year, the total fee was about 1,30,000, maintaining the total fee and other recurring course, just medical insurance exam fees and uniform charges. The total fee for the entire course of three years is about four lakhs, notably. The tuition fee remains constant toward the three years, but the total first year fee is higher due to initial one-time charges, there were exceptions in the fees amount to those students belonging to other weaker sections of the society
Campus Life :
Life at IIM Chennai is vibrant with plenty of opportunities for socialising and extra curricular activities can host its annual fest in February or early March featuring culture, performances and competitions. Apart from these is also a grand festival called food festival happening every year conducted by the third year students. There are several clubs, including pulmonary and sports clubs where students can engage outside of academics. Most of the festivals are celebrated in the campus like Diwali on Pongal and many more infrastructure in the college is strong with well equipped classrooms and library talk with books and journals relevant to hospitality Sports is also encouraged with facilities for cricket volleyball and more. Hostel Facilities :
If you off the hostel at item Chennai infrastructure basic but well maintained. There is also a new hostel and all hostel block providing a comfortable living environment. For students. The rooms are typically shared and the hostel includes amenities like Wi-Fi, common room and a 24 seven security, the food is decent, but not worth mentioning. It offers variety of meals that rotate weekly with a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. While the quality is satisfactory, some students may occasionally feel the need for variety outside the regular Menu. The hostel registration process is straightforward. Once admitted to the course you can apply for whole accommodation by filling out the registration form. Usually available on the college websites are quite affordable compared to of campus options. Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
