Admission process started with UID’s own aptitude test whoch i gave in Delhi. After that it was portfolio evaluation before admission. I was preparing for these rounds on my own through online methods and also taking help of my school seniors and art teacher.
I chose this course to travel to 3 other countries and to learn and observe design in different contexts. The faculty was amazing throughout and the exposure i got in these years is cherry on the cake. Term exams were not managed properly as we had to give exams in our colleges abroad and then travel back to UID and give exams again, which were mostly very different from what we had learnt abroad. Timings were always a problem.
We were supposed to look for internships on our own but it was a compulsory 3 month internship in 3rd year ending. Roles offered under internships depend on the field of design we studying. We were supposed to do projects under lead designers from the industry and we were also supposed to complete minimum one deaign project under them as team head or individually. Average stipend was 10-15k
Placements are very bad. Throughout our last semester, my batch was not given the chance for placements. There was no communication from the college even after we asked them a hundred times. After college ended, we have been sent a few mails with very bad paying job opportunities. Average package offered in these mails was around 25k per month
Globa design course has a per semester tuition feed of 3.5lakhs with additional fee for stay, travel and everything else incurred by us when we travel outside or while living in gujarat as well. All exams cost 2k plus 5k for activity fees which is to attend all the events per semester. Tuition fee is 2.5 lakhs for non abroad travelling batch.

No placements are there . The aveeagw placement in the market is about 1.5 to 4.5 lakhs .As compared to the different field the packages for the freshers are very low . But the faculties based on their refrences they give the opportunity.
Plans after course generally comprise of of masters, as there is saturation of jobs in B. Pharm market, and masters help in skill development and making students employable in the industry as well as education.
Good placements after masters and bachelor’s the support is full from the institution and the companies come to collage and interview us and the placement are 90% and above with the good package expecting
