My views on PGDM from Shanti Buisness School
Remarks :
I choose Shanti Buisness School because it has good return on investment and good industry exposure. And my admission is done on the base of my CAT score and Group discussion followed by an interview .
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course curriculum is good as it contains the subject which Market demands from an individuals like Content Creation, AI courses, Excel and Data science, so yeah course curriculum is upto the mark. Academics are also goods as faculties are approachable and available.
Internships Opportunities :
College provides internship with stipend around 10000-20000 and sometimes it is unpaid. I founded intership on my end on Mundra Port as Freight forwarder with the stipend of 15000 and my role was to handle the whole shipment from starting to ending.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria to sit in the placement is to score more than 60 percentage in the Semester exams as the companies come with the criteria for the percentage. Apart from this eligibility is depend on the company and if Certification course and skills are there than it is a plus point and also advisable.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There is a scholarship offered by IDFC BANK but with the condition that the family income should be less than 600000 and if approved one can get the scholarship of 200000 from IDFC bank. Other than that no scholarships are available.
Campus Life :
Campus life is good infact i what i liked the most is the campus life of the college as includes cafeteria, sitting area , Gym, Library, common rooms , and has various sports facilities like box cricket, snookers , table tennis, long tennis , vollyball and many more.
Hostel Facilities :
I opted for hostel and it is quite affordable but the work is needed because sometimes water is not available and aslo the roof is very weak because of rainfall and it risky to live there i hope that administration solve this soon

Placement Experience :
I'm a pass-out from Silver Oak University and now working in a very well-known company designated as a manager. The training and placement cell helped me a lot in getting a desired placement as they used to arrange the seminars and have well-known speakers to motivate the student and brief about how the recruiters want the candidate to answer the question. Talking about the companies, my university has tied up with more than 1000 companies among which many of them have very good market value and offers package starting from 4LPA to 11LPA. Almost every year 80% of student gets placement.

Placement Experience :
The placement offered in Silver Oak is above 75% and they also have different blocks for training, development and placement cell where in they are trained by professionals for getting recruited to the best company. The companies which come here for placements are BYJU'S, AMAZON, MEDKART, TATA, RELIANCE, JIO and many well-known companies. The internship is provided on stipend bases from the #rd semester onwards.
