- Spacious campus with big classroom and comfortable sitting arrangements.
- Digital classrooms, IT LAB, separate sections for faculties and administration.
Dislikes
- Hostel water logging issue and because of that so many people gets sick.
- Distance from college to main road is 3 KMs. No transportation facility. Only option is expensive CABs
Remarks :
If a person’s score in any entrance exam is not good but he or she doesn’t want to waste a year retaking the test then Ahmedabad If SBS is the better option in comparison to other colleges. For Admission, I have to give 1 round of Personal Interviews which I think is a kind of formality only as they give admission to almost every student. The only criterion is that the student must have appeared in at least 1 entrance exam which can be anyone.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have selected Finance as my specialisation. For the first 2 semesters, subjects are common for all the students. And then the last 2 are based on what specialisation we select. Practical-based learning is more promoted and there are options for additional subjects like Computer Science which gives an addition to the student’s Resume. The teachers are futuristic as they are industry experts for one time and then shifted to the teaching profession so they can teach more realistically to the students.
Internships Opportunities :
I did a summer internship at a company named “Khimji Ramdas”. SBS provides companies with internships too. After the Internship, we needed to present the internship report to the respective faculty and based on the report and presentation they would grade you.
Placement Experience :
SBS gives so much effort in the placement part. It brings a good number of companies for placement. Most job profiles are related to sales only. Some are related to banks and very less are for core domains like finance or HR.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total course fees were 6,00,000 for 2 years. As the institute location is on the outskirts of the city any person who is not from Ahmedabad has to avail of a hostel facility which costs 38,000 for non-AV and 45,000 for AC Room per Semester.
Campus Life :
Shanti Business School has a beautiful campus which none of the competitive colleges have. There are so many cultural fests like freshers' parties, farewell parties, alumni meet, teachers' days and many more. There is 1 annual event named “ Baudhika” that happens every year in January or February. Except that the college has a library, sports ground, garden, and auditorium and as the campus is too big it has so much extra space too. There are also some club activity too.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel infrastructure is good. Rooms are divided into flats so each floor has 4 flats and each flat has 3 rooms, 1 hall and kitchen. Rooms are fully furnished and each room has capacity for 2 persons. The hostel has a separate garden, common room and entry gate and it is also internally connected to a college campus. The food quantity is normal. The major problem is in the monsoon. The hostel has big problems with waterlogging. Whenever there is too much rain the whole ground floor of the hostel is in water.

They are good after m pharma around 90% but after b pharma not much because students opt to go for further education overall it’s is good and students a can rely on placement after completion of their course

Average CGPA should be more than 8. Packages providing will be approx 1.5-3.0 LPA. The placement is about 90%. The packages provided are good and satisfactory. After completing this bachelor's degree I would go for masters degree.

Placement Experience :
No placements are there . The aveeagw placement in the market is about 1.5 to 4.5 lakhs .As compared to the different field the packages for the freshers are very low . But the faculties based on their refrences they give the opportunity.

Plans after course generally comprise of of masters, as there is saturation of jobs in B. Pharm market, and masters help in skill development and making students employable in the industry as well as education.

All the faculties in the teaching staff are well qualified and give really good guidance for the curriculum and practical knowledge for each and every subject. The faculties also encourage participation in various extra curricular activities to enhance social networking and other skills.

Curriculum is well structured. The faculty members are also very knowledgeable and helpful whenever we need guidance they are always ready to help and exams are taken may times in one sem like we have mid sem 1 and 2 and internal practical and external practical and final end semester exam.

I havent got any job offer or placement from this University because i m a Diploma student but i will definitely try to search by myself for the job opportunities.I would rather handle my home business may be an 9 to 5 Job.

I have selected this course because of placement opportunity. Faculties members are highly qualified and they usually teach using PPT, white board, computer, etc . There is one mid term exam and one gtu exam per semester.
