- Integration of advanced technology in teaching methods such as virtual labs, online resources and interactive learning platforms. There are dedicated spaces for students to explore and develop new ideas , including facilities for prototyping and innovations.
Dislikes
- The fees could be relatively high as compared to some other institutions , which might be a concern for students from lower economic background.
- The competitive nature of the institution might create a high-pressure environment for some students, affecting their overall experience.
Remarks :
GLBITM is accredited by NBA and NAAC . The institute has a good reputation in the region and among employers, which can be beneficial for networking and job placements. GLBITM has a good placement records with a good number of companies visiting the campus for recruitment. The institute facilitates internships and industrial visits, which provide practical exposure and real world experience. The institute offers modern infrastructure with well-equipped labs, libraries and hostels .It has up to date technological resources and facilities for students. The faculty members at GLBITM are experienced and hold advanced degrees in their respective fields. Moreover the college hosts many extra curricular activities , workshops, seminars and cultural events. The major drawback according to me is Location as GLBITM is located in greater noida which may be far from some students' hometowns. I took admission by the process of counselling after giving the JEE mains exam.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose B tech with Data Science because data science is one of the fastest growing fields. With the increasing importance of data in decision making across industries , there's a high demand for skilled data scientists. Also data science professionals are often well-compensated. The field of data science is constantly evolving with new technologies, tools and methodologies. The faculty members at GLBITM are experienced and hold advanced degrees in their respective fields. There are approximately 2 internal written examinations in the whole semester and one internal practical and an external practical exam. based on which the internal marks are alloted and after that there is a semester examination.
Internships Opportunities :
The institution provides an unpaid internship for all the college students . This internship includes different fields like AWS cloud internship, Palo Alto cybersecurity internship and many more which is totally dependent on the students to choose. The students who opt for the internship also gets certification. There is also an option for the mini projects , either students have to do internship or mini project and submit it to the institution.
Placement Experience :
The eligibility criteria for placements vary on the company's criteria. The minimum criteria for any dream package is of atleast 8 CGPA. Some of the recently visited recruiters are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, BHEL , L&T etc. The maximum or highest package in campus placement is 58 LPA and the average package is somewhat around 7-8 LPA. After getting the degree I would like to get a rocking package in a good or reputed company.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
So in first year the Tution fess is 1,05,450 and there is additional of Rs 1000 for college security which makes a total of 1,06,450.00. There are many more small expanses after this like there is a registration fees of Rs 2000, Internal test fee is Rs 3,500 , Fees for departmental society and outreach activity is 9,850 , fees for book bank is Rs 9500 , for career planning and technical grooming the fees is Rs 9,850 , for institute industry interface the fees is 9,850 and for medical insurance they take a sum of Rs 500. Including all these expanses there makes a sum of 45,050. So the total annual fees is Rs 1,51,500 for first year from which 20,000 goes to the university or you may say these are the university charges.
Campus Life :
GLBITM doesn't organise many events , there is only one celebrity night or you may say freshers in a year and a dandiya night while navratri's . Instead the college organises many indoor events like hackathons, dance events, gaming events , workshops and seminars also. The college provides the opportunity for participating in the NCC (especially for girls). GLBITM also has a vast scope in sports and encourages students to participate in many sports events too. Coming to libraries , they contain an extensive collection of textbooks, reference materials, academic journals. Libraries are built with conveniently placed charging points with laptops, mobiles and tablets. There are many college clubs in which you may take a part , like Abhyudaya club, yuktikula club , shrinik club , navrang club etc.
Hostel Facilities :
No, I haven't opted for a hostel . I am a day scholar and have opted for the bus facility provided by the institution. The fee for the bus facility is also very minimal according to the other institutions.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
