I studied 1 month for nid entrance exam and cleared it in the one go. Two exams were conducted prelims and studio test. You can prepare from previous year question paper and keep practicing drawing. there is cut off for St and sc candidates.
I'm currently studying in textile design course. It's very well structured course and provides in-depth information about textiles and faculties are very well and some of them are alumni of nid itself.
No I'm not doing any intership right now but what i heard from my senior that they get paid around 25-30 k per month for intership and companies like fabindia and max offer them intership as surface designer for textile
Placement are provided in 4th year and after completing gp which is graduation project. Highest package offered in textile design is 80 lakhs per annum and average in textile design is 10 lakhs per annum.
Fees is same for everyone except nri students they have to pay double the fees of the regular student. nid have scholarship for economic weak students from ford foundation and some other scholarship also.
Monsoon feista happens in August every year. It's the nid fest very competitive and fun. KMC nid library very good well equipped with a lot of design related books and craft documentation. Social life is good around campus but no clubs
Food is not very great very oily sometimes but it's okay i would say. Hostel is very affordable but very basic doesn't have AC or anything but in summer you can bring your own coolers and use them by paying electricity w.
The placements for M. Pharmacy is 90% lj ip is the best college in the Ahmedabad for pharmacy, commerce, class room etc the placements is too good in lok jagruti institute of pharmacy the placements for commerce is also good
They are good after m pharma around 90% but after b pharma not much because students opt to go for further education overall it’s is good and students a can rely on placement after completion of their course
Average CGPA should be more than 8. Packages providing will be approx 1.5-3.0 LPA. The placement is about 90%. The packages provided are good and satisfactory. After completing this bachelor's degree I would go for masters degree.
No placements are there . The aveeagw placement in the market is about 1.5 to 4.5 lakhs .As compared to the different field the packages for the freshers are very low . But the faculties based on their refrences they give the opportunity.
Plans after course generally comprise of of masters, as there is saturation of jobs in B. Pharm market, and masters help in skill development and making students employable in the industry as well as education.
Good placements after masters and bachelor’s the support is full from the institution and the companies come to collage and interview us and the placement are 90% and above with the good package expecting
All the faculties in the teaching staff are well qualified and give really good guidance for the curriculum and practical knowledge for each and every subject. The faculties also encourage participation in various extra curricular activities to enhance social networking and other skills.
Curriculum is well structured. The faculty members are also very knowledgeable and helpful whenever we need guidance they are always ready to help and exams are taken may times in one sem like we have mid sem 1 and 2 and internal practical and external practical and final end semester exam.
I havent got any job offer or placement from this University because i m a Diploma student but i will definitely try to search by myself for the job opportunities.I would rather handle my home business may be an 9 to 5 Job.
I have selected this course because of placement opportunity. Faculties members are highly qualified and they usually teach using PPT, white board, computer, etc . There is one mid term exam and one gtu exam per semester.
