How it's like to be in Gateway School of Business, Sonipat (basic ins and out).

- I like the infrastructure and campus mostly.
Dislikes
- I don't like the teaching style of teachers because it's waste of time several times , they just tell you write the sentences and paragraphs related to the topic and which we don't even look back.
Remarks :
I live near this college, and I wanted to do BBA and some of my friends who were already there in the college suggested me for this college as a good option to get into. For admission, what I experienced was two interviews, first one was taken by Dr. Mohit Bansal (asked questions related to terms in marketing and business), and the second one was taken by Ms. Pallavi (asked basic questions like self-introduction and reason for choosing BBA)
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose the course because I was fascinated in the field of business and wanted to know all the terms related to business which would be essential for further business-related activities. Also, the important reason to choose BBA is that I want to open up my self by speaking more. BBA includes various activities related to speaking mostly, so building my personality was also a goal. The thing that I don't like is the teaching method, whenever they teach some topic sometimes they just narrate the meaning, definition and other sentences related to the topic which only waste time and we can't understand anything, other than that the teachers are very helpful, well qualified ( PhD holders). the difficulty level is somewhere easy-medium according to me I mean it's easy to score well in exams .
Internships Opportunities :
No, I haven't opted internship from the college, I did the internship online but there are internship opportunities in the college as far as I heard. speaking skills should be appropriate for getting internship (if there is little competition)
Placement Experience :
what I heard from my seniors is that the placements were quite okay, if you know how to speak and you have knowledge you can definitely get good decent placement. I'll look for a job because according to my condition I have to have it, then after some experience -- MBA. (from a top B school)
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
the fees per year is 60000 per year (bba) and it does not change, and I don't have any idea related to any scholarship, there is a fine related to late fees (ex- 5 rupees per day), other than that I don't know about the scholarships nor any student in my batch having it.
Campus Life :
to be really honest it depends on person to person, for some students the social life is nice and for some it's not and for me , in my batch the students are not worth talking to. but yeah, what I have seen is that the social life great here. books are available as per the need, the fest name is Yugantar, and it was held on 17th to 19th April, 2024. the sports and extracurricular activities are adequate here, and if I talk about clubs, they just started this month (different clubs), but no activity till now.

KRMU provides placement assistance through its Training and placement cell, which conducts aptitude training, mock interview, resume building sessions and skill development session to improve students employability. Student become eligible for campus placement in the final year subject meeting the criteria of the individual company. Eligible criteria include maintaining the CGPA, having limited or no active backlog, and fulfilling company specific criteria.
A Growing University with Good Facilities and Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements are decent for skilled students with eligibility usually starting in the final year . Companies like TCS , Infosys ,BHEL visit the campus . The average package is around 4-6b LPA . After completing my B-tech degree , I plan to pursue a career in software development
CAMPUS LIFE
Placement Experience :
Aroun 6.5-8 cgpa should be maintained to avail for placement. No backlogs. Respect teachers. Fee visited recruiters were ICICI ey pwc etc highest packaging where I heard about was 56LPA and average was around 9-12LPA.

Curriculum was very much reasonable and it was very much easy to understand it also had division of management studies and computer studies which made it very much easier for me to understand the faculty was amazing and very helpful

There is no certain eligibility criteria depends on the company and Many company comes all every year. Layi Blinkit, Zomato et cetera et cetera Also, there are separate departments for placement like CDC department

Currently i am perusing my PhD so not applicable for me and the placements i have seen is very impression companies are good like tcs, bain, lumenci, proedge and average package offered is 12 lpa. so i hope to get a good chance for myself and get a very good placement looking forward for the beat chance
