- The infrastructure is simple and good. The classroom facilities and lab facilities are excellent. The library is equipped with a lot of resourses useful for the students. I enjoyed the four years of my campus life.
- The staff are so friendly. they clear doubts at any time. They guide students to participate in events like hackathon and project contests. The staff in my college are like a companions to the students.
Dislikes
- The quality of buses in my college are not so good. Most of the time the bus breaks down. This affects the travel of the day scholar students
- Sometimes the computer systems in the lab do not work properly.
Remarks :
I got admission in the college through the process of TNEA Counselling process. basically a student having a engineering cut-off above 150 can get admissions in this college. My cut-off was 173. I chose this college because the college have good placement records and good infrastructure. This college is affliated to the Anna University, Chennai. This is also a reason for choosing this college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course( Bachelor of Engineering - Computer Science and Engineering) because I am interested in the course. Because It has a good cope in future. The faculties in this college are qualified to be a good professor. They have a lot of industry knowledge related to the course. The Teaching method is a combination of theoretical and practical. First they teach the theoretical part and during the Lab hours they train the students practically. There are daily class test based on the professors and monthly assessments, unit tests and finally the semester exams. The difficulty of the exam is moderate. If you know the concepts of each topic in the curriculum, you can easily pass the exams.
Internships Opportunities :
I am not opted for any internship. But other students got placed in interships with pre-placement offer. The companies provided internship offers are VisAI Labs and Kaar Technology with a stipen of upto 30000 per month.
Placement Experience :
The placement records are good in my college. Training for placements are given to the students from the 5th semester. The eligibility criteria is completely based on the recruiting company. Otherwise there no specific restrictions in the college. The regular recruiters in my college are wipro, tcs, cognizant, zuci systems, tech mahindra, soft square solutions, infosys, mphasis. More than 85% of students get placed. I got selected in an organisation as a software developer. Thanks to the placement team and staff of my department.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The year-wise fees was 60000INR. Since I was the first graduate, I had a concession of INR 25000. I also got a concession of INR 24000 for my cut-off marks(173/200). So I paid 11000 INR as the year-wise course fees. I was a day scholar (the distance between my home and college is approximately 80kms), so I have to pay the bus fees of INR 21000 every academic year. For a student who stays in Hostel, they have to pay approximately of 50000INR including the mess fees . Since I got admission through the TNEA counselling process(Government Quota), I received a scholorship of 4000INR every academic year.
Campus Life :
Every year in the month of march or april month, ther will be a technical fest (technical symposium) conducted separately for each department. In this fest events such as technical paper presentation, project presentation, technical quiz, programming and debugging competitions. After this fest, there will be an Awards day function. In this function, awards and prizes are given to the academic achievers like top rank scorers and the students achieved in extracurricular activities such as sports and games. Other than these fests, cultural fest and other traditional festivals such as Pongal, Diwali are also celebrated. The yoga day function, women's day function, engineer's day function are also celebrated.
Hostel Facilities :
I was not opted for college hostels and did not rented any rooms or PGs. I am a day scholar. I travel to my home daily via the college bus. I did not know the quality of hostel food menus and the hostel infrastructure. But my friends stayed in hostel. They say that, the hostel facilities are good. Three students can share a single room. Bathroom and toilet facilities are good and they are maintained clean and proper. But the food menu is not like by my friends. They say that its not like home food and the food menu is boring. I am not a hostel student. I heard this from my friend only.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.
ITS VALUE FOR MONEY
Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college

College providers many placement to the students if you know arrears we should we have eligible to the placement and highest packages 21 lakh per annum and the average packages 9.5 lakhs per annum the minimum package is 4 lakhs per annum
