- Considerably larger and better facilities than most colleges in India, and faculties try to help if they are the right faculties.
- Campus life is a must enjoy, with social activities going on everyday, with large numbers of people from all over India
Dislikes
- The guards and security are very strict, for even the smallest of offences.
- The faculties sometimes prioritise getting their syllabus over, and having the test marks high, than how many students actually learn the taught concepts.
Remarks :
The faculties are good at academia, not teaching. However, there are a lot of opportunities for international exposure, in the form of 2+2 programmes, or semester abroad programme(SAP). The hostel faculties, as well as security guards are considerable stricter than other colleges in India, with fines and disciplinary action for alcohol, cigarettes, and other substances, as well as strict action and counselling in cases of PDAs. Hostel facilities range from good to bad, higher prices to lower prices.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose Computer Science and Engineering cuz I want to learn this. The faculties are good at their respective fields of study, but they are not good at teaching. Teaching is mostly done on a normal Indian education based study and memorise method, with sufficient lab and practical components. However, the practical methods of teaching could be improved greatly. There are 3 series of exams in a semester- CAT-1, CAT-2 and FAT. CAT 1 and CAT 2 are kind of like unit exams, and FAT is the final exam at the end of the semester. Internals are of 2 types - Digital assignments and quizzes, either 3 DAs, or 3 quizzes, or 2 DAs and 1 quiz, or 1 DA and 2 quiz, which is according to the teacher. There is a minimum 75% attendance rule, which, if not fulfilled, does not let you sit for exam. But even if attendance is above 70%, HOD can be convinced to grant permission to let you sit for the exams.
Internships Opportunities :
There are a lot of internship opportunities available, which are made known to the students by the administration, which are generally paid internships. The companies are called to the college campus to host their offline interview and examination rounds, etc.
Placement Experience :
Eligibility criteria is dependent on completion of the necessary courses, such as Competitive Coding, AWS Solutions, undergoing Placement training. Average placement training is 8-9 lakhs, with considerable number of 10lpa+ offers from Cognizant, Amazon, Microsoft, Accenture, Flipkart, etc. Almost all of the students get placed, however not according to their expectations always.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Caution fees is 15000, and refunded at the end of the course. Tution fees is grouped into categories, depending upon the ranks. Rank 1-3000 is category 1(198000 per year), rank 3000-11000 is category 2(250000), rank 14000-19000 is category 3(402000), rank 19000-34000 is category 4(490000) and rank 24000-65000 is category 5(520000). Hostel fees ranges from 120000 to 230000.
Campus Life :
Social life, is greatly sufficient, with people from all parts of the country, and a significant number of students from other Asian countries also. There is always some event or the other going on, which provide opportunities for meeting new people. There are a large number of clubs and chapters that organise events, and help to provide students with opportunities to improve social and leadership and management skills. There are a lot of sports facilities that are well maintained, as well as regular district champions in multiple sports from our college. The library is large, with sufficient resources.
Hostel Facilities :
Mess food, although sufficient, can be a bit unhealthy at times, depending on the caterer for that particular mess. However it becomes monotonous, however there are a lot of fast food joints such as burger cafes, and a Dominoes on campus, with regular availability.

Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
