- faculty is great as they are always available and very informative .
- campus life is pretty relaxing and good. there are a lot people with friendly nature.
Dislikes
- education is very theory based. they do not use practical teaching methods.
- internships and placements are not very promising . most of the time students have to look for them on their own.
Remarks :
i chose this collage because here the integrated course was only of 4 years , which i thought was pretty great. and no i did not have to go through any interniew rounds , because i was late admission , almost in the middle of the semester. the criteria or cut off for the course was more than 50 % in 10+2.
Course Curriculum Overview :
the course curriculum was here is pretty bookish and very minimal practical knowledge is provided , which is really one of the things that i dislike about this collage . i took this course because i will not have to change course after i have completed my graduation . there are subjects like international marketing, organizational behavioiur, management principales. entrepreneurship, economics etc. i would love to mention that the faculty here is really helpful and knowledgable.
Internships Opportunities :
No , i have not opted for any internships . the ones that sharda provide are inadequate and paid. so i did not think that they are worth investing , but yes i am still searching for opportunities. faculties do help a lot on these matters by educating you and making you aware of the opportunities.
Placement Experience :
the placements are honestly not very promising as most seniors are very scepticle and as far as i am aware , you are your own saviour. Find your own placement. maintain a good cv. internships are also not impressive.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
the fees structure for my course increases yearly. Previous year it was 245000, this year it is nearly 280000. the course that we i am persuing is a 4 year course whose total fees amounts to something around 12 to 15 lakhs. there are no hidden fees as such . this is the total fees of all 4 years.
Campus Life :
i personally have no experience regarcing campus life as i stay outside of it. so i am a day scholar. But sharda has really good campus life as i have heard from my friends. there is a friendly atmosphere. sharda organizes a lot of fests and events for the students, which is mostly coordinated by students themselves. there is our yearly fest CHOROUS , which is the biggest of all.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
