- Atrium of the college is the most vibrant space where you can interact with people.
- As a hosteler, there are various facilities like ACs, washing machine, microwave,etc.
- Each Wednesday, extra mural activities are conducted which is very interactive and fun.
Dislikes
- Location of the girls hostel should be changed.
- College timings are very long I.e. 9am to 6pm.
Remarks :
They put spacial emphasis on your software skills than any other college. Environment is very nice and friendly. There was no written test. You are required to submit your documents like NATA score, 12th marksheet, JEE mains score,etc during the admission procedure. Then there was an interview round.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was always passionate about buildings, how they were constructed, repaired,etc. Teaching method can be more practical. There are only external theory exams which are conducted at the end of the semester. Otherwise internal grades are given on the basis of your weekly assignments.
Internships Opportunities :
I did internship during my 7th semester in Chandigarh based firm Charged Voids . Monthly stipend was INR8000. I worked on institutional projects. It is one of the best firms in Chandigarh. For internships also you have to create your portfolio and send to firms on your own.
Placement Experience :
There is no on campus placements. You have to create your portfolio and apply in the firms by your own. As a fresher architect, your salary will be low. Almost everybody gets placed as there are ample of architecture firms.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The yearly fees starts from 100000RS with an increase of 10000rs each year. It includes the fees for educational trip. Neither there are cholarships and nor provision of consetion of fees for categories like SC,ST,etc.
Campus Life :
Archventure is an annual fest conducted by the college. Other colleges are also invited in that fest. A lot of workshops, hands on activities, cultural programs,etc are conducted during this 3 days fest.
Hostel Facilities :
Girls hostel is on the 3rd and 4th floor of the college campus. Hostel mess food quality is good and the taste is also nice. There are several facilities like ACs, washing machine, microwave, etc. Cleaning is done daily.

KRMU provides placement assistance through its Training and placement cell, which conducts aptitude training, mock interview, resume building sessions and skill development session to improve students employability. Student become eligible for campus placement in the final year subject meeting the criteria of the individual company. Eligible criteria include maintaining the CGPA, having limited or no active backlog, and fulfilling company specific criteria.

Placements are decent for skilled students with eligibility usually starting in the final year . Companies like TCS , Infosys ,BHEL visit the campus . The average package is around 4-6b LPA . After completing my B-tech degree , I plan to pursue a career in software development

Placement Experience :
Aroun 6.5-8 cgpa should be maintained to avail for placement. No backlogs. Respect teachers. Fee visited recruiters were ICICI ey pwc etc highest packaging where I heard about was 56LPA and average was around 9-12LPA.

Curriculum was very much reasonable and it was very much easy to understand it also had division of management studies and computer studies which made it very much easier for me to understand the faculty was amazing and very helpful

Currently i am perusing my PhD so not applicable for me and the placements i have seen is very impression companies are good like tcs, bain, lumenci, proedge and average package offered is 12 lpa. so i hope to get a good chance for myself and get a very good placement looking forward for the beat chance
