- The lab facility I like the most. And some friendly faculties.
- I love the college campus because of the students comes from across the country. Lots of languages, different kinds of people we can know about different cultures.
Dislikes
- I didn't get any placement related to my department. That's the one thing I don't like.
- The college canteen need to be inspect. Because the food quality in some shops was worst.
Remarks :
I don't write any entrance exam for my admission. But B.Tech students need to write entrance exam. The reason why I'm choosing this college over others, the fee was very low here to compare other colleges. (For MSC data analytics)
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum was well and neatly structured. And the lab facilities they given was unmatchable. We can easily connect with each and every faculty to clear all of our doubts. Teaching wise all okay. They have conduct three internal exams for each semester. And taking best of two. Internal exam mark was 20. And the semester exam conducted for 60 marks. They prepare 3 type of question papers and select the best one which covers all the topics.
Internships Opportunities :
In my department they didn't allow us to do any internships. But u have completed one as a virtual mode. The company was skillvertex and the role was python programmer. I have worked there for 3 months.
Placement Experience :
Must don't have any arrears to attend placements. They have tied up with lots of big companies. And many students got placed In a good package. Highest package of our college was 40 lpa from Amazon. Average package of our college was around 3 to 4 lpa. Even I also got placed from the university. With the package of 4.3 lpa.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I'm not comes under any special quota. For each semester we need to pay 6000 as a tution fee + exam fee. For one year it will comes around 14000. For caution deposit I have paid 3000. And yes they have provide two types of scholarship for students. We need to apply to avail the scholarship.
Campus Life :
The biggest fest of the college was "lavaza". It's an massive fest than you think. They have conduct lots of activities and competitions. And they celebrate every big festival because of the students comes from different regions. For dancers and singers, you can join in "veltech dance group" it was the dance club which organize every fest. Yes they also support sports. This year one of our university student got medal in paris para Olympics 2024.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes I have stayed there for 2 semester. Weekly 6 days non veg and Saturday - veg. And we need to talk about the mess because it's huge. 1000s of students can sit there at a time. The food quality was okay but not too good. And every evening they provide tea and snacks. Fee was different for each type of rooms. I have stayed in 4 sharing non AC room. For that I have paid 48000/each semester. For year it will comes around 96000.

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Not bad placement trainings and good faculty members to train for placements . Good companies with good packages come for placement drives who select the best of all and give placements for them. Good placements.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
