They take interviews and look for your communication skills and your learning capabilities... As for me, I got direct merit based admission there was no interview for me as my cuet scores were good for my main subjects that is biology and english.
I chose this course for its vast career opportunities, the faculty is amazing for the AIVI department... If you pay attention in class and regularly attend you will be good.. The faculty teaches really well, yes sometimes it gets exhausting because classes are from 9:15- 5:10... There are mid term exams and presentations then the semester end exams... Teachers are very helpful and the environment is friendly and motivating...
Not yet, but I have applied in the AMIMUN conferences about to happen in jan 2025 I hope that would be a great learning experience, I applied for the global outreach and connection building part for myself so that it helps in career
I am just a first year student right now, but from what I have heard there are plenty of placement and job opportunities in the campus. But then again it varies student to student and your skills you have developed within the three years of college.
My total fee for whole course duration would be around 4 lakhs, there was no admission fee, there was a 1500/- registration fee, and a security deposit of 20,000/- at the admission... The first sem fee is 60,000 same goes for the second semester. From second year onwards the fee is increased and it's 63,000/- for both third and fourth semesters. For the third year, that is 4th and 5th semesters, the fee is again revised to 67,000/- per semester.
Activities and festivals happen all year round, every festival whether it be onam Or navaratri Or anything basically is celebrated amazingly, the whole campus is lightened up, all the students are participating it's beautiful... There are lots of clubs you can enroll in for any of your interest, you name it they have it. And infrastructure is super amazing, specifically for the library it's like you have entered five star hotel lobby. Yeah everything is good campus and social life amazing absolutely. There are lots of sports also... You'll love it. The campus is beautiful in rainy season.
No I am a day scholar, but my classmates tell me about the hostel, the food isn't nice they say, though the rooms are really nice there are lots of cons also... Whereas the hostellers get to enjoy every event at it's full so that's a pro. Whereas us day scholars have to run back home.
They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
There are regular placement drives that are conducted on a monthly basis. We have regular updates for campus placement drives that are shared with us and we can participate in them to choose the best options for ourselves.

B.Tech computer Science engineering is very tech driven field which , by the assistance of new tech driven laboratories, latest generation technology focused curriculum, is very remarkable field to study and progress in.
Placements and job opportunities at Galgotias university are good. Students become eligible according to their course requirements and academic performance. Many healthcare companies and hospitals visit for placements and internships. After completing B.Sc Nursing, my plan is to work in a good hospital, gain experience and grow in the healthcare field.
