Remarks :
Entrance was done on basis of JEE examination score and 12th score. (Covid Period) Usually the entrance is done on the basis of merit . A registration fee is to be paid before joining which is then included in the first semester tuition fee. Registration fee is refundable but tuition fee is not. I did self preparation for these rounds.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose electronics and communication engineering as it spiked my interest and I love learning about how electronic devices work in real world. The teaching method is good and we have flipped classes where students are required to prepare a presentation and present in the classes. We also are required to write survey papers in some subjects for better understanding and research aspects. Term exams were taken in the mid semester (Minor examinations) and end semester (Major Examination). Prior to these examinations, a lab examination is conducted for all the subjects where we are required to give viva and perform an experiment from the completed syllabus till that point.
Internships Opportunities :
Off campus internships acquired by me. On campus in Airports authority India, Mitsubishi, EY, Airtel, Deloitte. Average stipend internships provide an amount of 20000 per month until completion of training
Placement Experience :
The college has a dedicated placements cell which takes care of all the placement opportunities. the students are notified over mails and the web portal about various company notices. Some of the recruiters that visited are: Airtel, Caleb AI, Airports authority India, EY, Deloitte. Highest package: 57LPA Arnav Oberoi (Epsilon USA). About 70% students h=get their placements On campus. I am planning to attempt GATE examination for further studies (Masters in Technology)
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Sem 1: 134000 Sem 2: 134000 Sem 3: 136000 Sem 4: 136000 Sem 5: 138000 Sem 6: 138000 Sem 7: 140000 Sem 8: 140000 Scholarship based on merit in 12th: 90 to 95% - 25% annual Scholarship 95% and above 50% or more. Waiver on tuition fees. Merit scholarship 25 % annually for this course: 65000 - 69000. Deans list Scholarship: 20000 (For students that are either batch toppers with cgpa of 9.0 and above, or students that have cgpa of 9.5 and above).
Campus Life :
Fest name: Momentum Month of conduction: late October, early November All the necessary curriculum books are available in the library and reference material as well. classrooms are fully equipped with Wi-Fi routers for internet access using credentials provided by the university, smart boards are present and proper seating. all the classrooms and labs are fully air conditioned. There are multiple wall outlets for charging devices such as laptops. The university is full of various clubs and societies which help the students to engage in cultural, technical, philanthropy events for their well being. There are various labs in the workshop area where students can meditate, tinker with circuits, do mechanical work, build projects, the workshop area has a sports center where all the necessary sports equipment are present for the students to access after classes. Some clubs and societies have their social media pages that are handled by the social media manager among the clubs and societies.
Hostel Facilities :
Food quality is good Basic menu items: Rajma rice, chholey rice, dal rice, paneer roti, special thali, normal thali, aloo parantha, paneer parantha, samosa, patties, chholey bhature, idly sambhar, dosa, shahi paneer, beverages such as fanta, coke, thumbsup, fresca, lemon soda, maza, ocean water etc. Hostel facilities are available for girls and has a limited vacancy, the hostel rooms are allotted on the basis of merit. usually the students get their own accommodation in PGs or flats. majority of the students are locals and hence do not require PGs or accommodation. The accommodations are very close to the university.

Placement Experience :
The Career Development Centre (CDC) plays an important role in preparing students for internships and future placements. The CDC conducts career guidance sessions, skill development workshops, resume-building activities, aptitude training, and interview preparation programs to improve students' employability. One initiative that I personally found beneficial was the Internship Fair organized by the university. It provided students with an opportunity to interact with different organizations and apply for summer internships, helping us gain practical industry exposure before entering the final placement season. KRMU provides placement assistance through its Training and placement cell, which conducts aptitude training, mock interview, resume building sessions and skill development session to improve students employability. Student become eligible for campus placement in the final year subject meeting the criteria of the individual company. Eligible criteria include maintaining the CGPA, having limited or no active backlog, and fulfilling company specific criteria.

Placements are decent for skilled students with eligibility usually starting in the final year . Companies like TCS , Infosys ,BHEL visit the campus . The average package is around 4-6b LPA . After completing my B-tech degree , I plan to pursue a career in software development

Aroun 6.5-8 cgpa should be maintained to avail for placement. No backlogs. Respect teachers. Fee visited recruiters were ICICI ey pwc etc highest packaging where I heard about was 56LPA and average was around 9-12LPA.
