- clubs and activities: the college provides very much importance to co curriculars . there are many clubs that a student can choose from according to his/her passion.
- freedom provided by the management and they also provide all kind of support to launch new ideas put forward by the students.
Dislikes
- lack of fests. there is only one fest that takes place in a year. doesn't have freshers welcoming
- food provided by the mess is not grate and only vegetarian option is available
Remarks :
the college is very well maintained with regular renovations and new constructions. the department has very knowledgeable faculties and most of them are good mentors and are very helpful. the college management is very student friendly and there are no major restrictions, just the normal disciplinary decorum has to be maintained. during the time of admission there was no interviews. the regular entrance test of tamilnadu (TNEA) is the criteria for merit entrance into the college. can probably get into the college with cut off above 2000 for gen category.
Course Curriculum Overview :
i chose mechanical engineering as i always had the passion for the subject. the faculties in department are mostly PhD holders with at least 5 to 8 years of experience in the industry and above 10 years experience in teaching field. they use mostly ppt and video classes along with seminars and other methods for teaching . all the classes are smart classes with projectors and computer system . the practical are also conducted very well for the subjects. every subject has 2 internal exams and 1 semester exam . the difficulties of the exam vary with the difficulty of subject , but usually they are not that difficult.
Internships Opportunities :
the internship are provided given the student performs well academically, the tech clubs can also help attain internships. during the 3 year all should attend a compulsory internship ff 3 months . in case the students cant find the internship faculty helps find it.
Placement Experience :
the campus provides placements. the placements to core companies are limited. for appearing for placements the student should not have history of arrears and standing arrears , it depends on the company criteria. the recruiters include cameron, renault, titan
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
first year the fee is around 150000 which include the registration fee, caution deposit, and the amount of 10000 that is to be paid for the store. the hostel fee is 95000 per year. the fee is reduced based on the method of admission. the above said is the fee structure for management quota.
Campus Life :
the campus life was very good. the campus conducts a 4 days long techno cultural fest called yugam during the month of October/November. the college is very supportive of extracurricular activities such as sport , music, technical clubs etc. there are a lot of books available in the library and all necessary amenities for the studies are available in the campus . the college also provides club for automotive enthusiasts, photography , rc racing etc.
Hostel Facilities :
i stayed in the hostel for 2 years. the infrastructure is really good. hostel provides all necessary facilities . the food is just decent like any other hostel. the registration for the same can be done during the admission process. the hostels are allocated based on the distance from the college

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.
ITS VALUE FOR MONEY
Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college

College providers many placement to the students if you know arrears we should we have eligible to the placement and highest packages 21 lakh per annum and the average packages 9.5 lakhs per annum the minimum package is 4 lakhs per annum
