- They provide more opportunities and open doors here. Big opportunities are available. Resources for academic and project is huge.
Dislikes
- I think , Hostel is bit unsatisfied as they shift hosteller periodically.
- I suggest my college can improve the campus life and canteen facilities.
Remarks :
No, it is purely cutoff based. There is no entrance exam or entrance level prepare needed. Cutoff scored in last academic year is enough. More than that we should have some knowledge about the course what we will be choosing. Because here so many door will be opened , but student may feel confused what to choose. So I feel it will be better if planned before about the course and get start here. I personally have this issue and I recommend that the college will provide source but not as spoon fooding. It is like a buffet we should choose the option what we really do well.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Actually I tried for computer science but there is no vacancy in that course. So I get to know about this newly come course computer science with business systems. It hitted me different, also I had interest in business too. And I decided to chose this course. For this course there is two benefits , student can get two career opportunities namely computer science and IT related and business and management related. The syllabus is also framed with equal weightage. For this course it is the main advantage as Rajalakshmi School of Business is located in the same campus, so we can interact with MBA scholars and the business classes were taken over by the MBA faculty. And placement and internships also have the same benefit.
Internships Opportunities :
I am a 3 rd year student. I went for internship on my own decision. But college is providing more opportunities and internships with stipend. They also encourage for our own decisions. They provide on-duty permission for the entire period of internship for our attendance concession. I went for full-stack developer role for 6 weeks.
Placement Experience :
Ofcourse, many companies were visited here for campus recruitment. Average salary package will be around 4 LPA. They provide nearly 6 months of placement training for the students and most of the students will get job at the earliest. Top to average level companies are visited for campus recruitment. Also they provide opportunities internships as well. After completing 2nd yr itself every student should be attend internship for the real time experience.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For per academic year I am paying 50000 only. As I am getting merit scholarship in my college , I have fees concession here. Generally for a counselling student (2022-2026) the fee structure will be -tuition fees = 5000 -other amenities and Utilities fees=100000 -if hosteller , hostel fees = 75000 Totally 2,25000 for an hosteller and for a day scholars it will be 150000. I am a counselling student with merit scholarship of my college. Based on the cutoff and rank secured in our high school board my college providing scholarship but they have certain rules and concerns for applying . And over the years the fee structure will be increasing slightly. For management student , the donation fees is collected based on the course and cutoff. Highly demanded course will be highly payable. It is best option on basis of counseling fee structure.
Campus Life :
This college has more clubs and student participation is more welcoming for the events and fests. Cultural is celebrating every year with trending celebrities and there is no lack of fun . I like the efforts made by every department and club co-ordinators to invite great leader and leading business members to get interact with students . And numerous seminars will be taken over for every day with the leading specialist.
Hostel Facilities :
The campus of college but smaller comparatively. Library and canteen is bit smaller . For girls and boys hostel is available, but only one hostel is inside the hostel other one is away from the college campus. They provide bus facilities for travel. College transport is free of cost. Every RITians can travel from anywhere.

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
