- I like the campus sports life a lot more than anything, because there are resources present for any sport you like, whether it's outdoor or indoor. You'll get many mates along with whom you can play and enjoy. You can play Chess, Carrom, Table Tennis, Cricket, Badminton, Volleyball, Basketball, Tennis, Football, Kabbadi, Kho-Kho etc. So that's what I like the most, you can improve your sportsmanship and health by playing various outdoor games anytime you want.
- I like Library of our campus a lot, because it has all types of books available which you can issue with your library card and take home. The Library environment is very peaceful and silent which creates focus and soothing environment. You can study, do your work and relax in Library. It has central AC on all the time so you might even feel sleepy in there.
Dislikes
- I don't like one thing about the placement process is that you have to visit Amity Noida campus for some of your placement drives for which companies ask for physical rounds. Because you have to travel a lot for just 1-2 days and you face difficulties while urgent travelling. Because the companies who take physical rounds do not come to Lucknow Campus, they only visit Noida campus as it is the main Amity campus.
- One more thing about the college that I don't like is that you have to maintain 75% attendance to be eligible to sit for end semester exam, if you have less than 75% attendance, you'll get debare and will fail in that subject, and sometimes you don't easily get attendance if you're not in the classroom. It gets boring in the classes because during the starting 1st year you'll have classes scheduled from 9 AM to 4 PM.
Remarks :
Amity University Lucknow was nearest to my Hometown, and it has good overall rating for it's infrastructure, placements, exposure, academia, teaching, campus life etc. in the internet. For admission if your 12th percentage is above 60% you're eligible to give their internal admission test, which is not that difficult. After you clear the test, you'll be admitted to college without any extra charges
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was always into computers, i decided long ago that no matter the college, i will become a Software Engineer, that's why I pursued B.Tech CSE, because it's all about your skills and knowledge over College that you studied in. All the faculty members are either PhD qualified or pursuing PhD, teachers teach well with examples and use online methods as well. Overall you'll have to study on your own for skills that are required to get a Job, college won't feed you with those important aspects. End Semester exams are held every 4 month, mostly questions come from Previous year question paper and the questions that teachers solve during their lecture, so don't forget to make notes during lectures. Difficult level is medium.
Internships Opportunities :
I found various internships from Internshala, college doesn't always provide you with stipend based internships, you'll have to search it on your own. I did internship in 7 companies which I got either from Internshala or LinkedIn. Name of the companies are ATBC Technologies, Banao Technologies, Alhansat Solutions, KnotHastags, A Plan by Consultants, Meta Craftlab, Heliverse Technologies. There were various industrial projects that i worked upon with Full Stack Technologies. Unfortunately I cannot mention the projects as it is against companies policy. I used to get around 10k/ month for each internship on an average
Placement Experience :
Placements for CS students starts in the beginning of their final year, College placement cell (CRC) brings companies to the campus for placements, on an average 80-90 companies visit for a Batch. So there are many chances for a student to get placed. Eligibility criteria depends on the company itself, they might allow only students who have greater than 8.0 CGPA or 80% in School, but it differs company to company. Few recruiters like Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, IBM, Schlumberger, Posist, Human Resocia, DeltaX, FutureSoft, Mu Sigma, Mechlin Technologies, Yamaha Solutions, Acies Global, Cloud4C, Sekisho Corporation etc. Visit for college placements, and they usually offer 10-15 opportunities each. Highest package is 45 LPA by a student placed at Amazon and average package you'll get is 6 LPA Around 75% of the students get placed regardless of their package, most of them are with average package. I'm currently in the placement process, so I'll just take a placement and walk out

Campus Life :
College life is quite good. We have two big events every year, i.e • Amiphoria is held in March (1st week) • Sangathan is held in October (Whole Month) All types of Books are available in Library which was inaugurated by Akhilesh Yadav. You should have library card with you to issue and return the books You can issue the sports items from AB-6 using your ID card and return there after you're done. Amity has 2 badminton courts, one outdoor, one indoor, 1 Basketball court, 1 Baseball court, Big playground for Cricket, volleyball and Football etc. There are bunch of clubs in college like Aasha Club, Happiness Club, Explorer Club, Gaming Club, Coding Club, Alias etc which are managed by Student coordinators and 1 faculty coordinator for every club
Hostel Facilities :
Food quality is average, the food that you usually eat is what you get in the Hostel mess. They are open 4 times a day for Breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and Dinner. Every day we have different food which repeats every week, mess menu often changes based on students review. Hostel fee is around ?70000 per year and mess fee is ?3820 per month, you'll get laundry facility for free where you can give your clothes twice a week.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
