Amity University Lucknow Admission Process

Admission at Amity University Lucknow is based on the course selected. The campus accepts national entrance exams, CUET scores, and Amity entrance tests for different programmes. Some students with very strong Class 12 marks may also be considered through direct merit-based admission.

The accepted exams and selection routes for major course families are listed below.

B.Tech Admission

For B.Tech, Amity Lucknow considers JEE Main, CUET UG, and Amity Joint Entrance Exam scores. Direct admission on merit may be possible for candidates with excellent Class 12 performance.

• Eligibility: 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and at least 60% aggregate. Reserved category candidates need 50%.
• B.Tech Biotechnology: PCB or PCM is accepted along with the general PCM route.
• Process: Students apply online at amity.edu/lucknow, submit a JEE Main, CUET UG, or Amity JEE score, appear in the merit list, complete document verification, pay the fee, and confirm admission.

MBA Admission

MBA applicants can use scores from several management entrance exams, including national-level tests and Amity's own entrance test.

• Eligibility: A UG degree in any discipline with at least 50% aggregate.
• Entrance accepted: CAT, XAT, CUET PG, GMAT, or Amity's management entrance test.
• Process: Students apply, get shortlisted through entrance scores, attend group discussion and personal interview, appear in the merit list, and complete admission.

Law Programme Admission (BA LLB / BBA LLB / B.Com LLB)

The integrated law programmes follow BCI norms. Admission is offered through CLAT, CUET UG, or the Amity Law School Admission Test (LSAT).

• Eligibility: 10+2 from a recognised board with at least 45% aggregate. Reserved category candidates need 40%. The maximum age is 20 years for General category students and 22 years for SC/ST students.

B.Arch Admission

B.Arch admission follows Council of Architecture (COA) rules. Students need JEE Main Paper 2 as well as a valid NATA score.

• Eligibility: 10+2 with Mathematics and at least 50% aggregate. A valid NATA score is compulsory.

B.Pharm / Pharm.D Admission

Pharmacy admissions are conducted as per PCI norms. Students must pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Mathematics, with at least 50% aggregate. Admission is through CUET UG or Amity's entrance exam.

Amity University Lucknow Placements

Placement data for Amity Lucknow is reported under the NIRF 2025 placement format. For B.Tech, the median CTC was INR 5.5 LPA, and 92 out of 105 eligible students were placed. MBA recorded the same median CTC of INR 5.5 LPA, with 80 out of 87 students placed. The highest offer in the latest placement season was INR 30 LPA.
