Likes
- The faculty members of the college are were experience and having a good nature and they friendly with the students.
- The infrastructure of the college is good it is present far of the city show the city life is not have an impact on the campus life.
Dislikes
- The exam pattern is very complicated and we need to basically give two mid exam, one external exam of GTU, practical exam which is present in two phase internal practical exam and external practical exam.
- The sport room facility of the campus is not so good because there is no washroom is present in the sport room and the water drinking facility is also not so good in the sport room.
Remarks :
basically I choose the college based upon the experience and the knowledge of the faculty and the availability of the equipment in the laboratory. I heard about this college from my seniors in my school 2 or 3 seniors of my school is taken admission in the CK pithawala college of pharmaceutical and based upon there review I choose two or three college in the ACPC. Acpc is An organisation which is manage the admission of the students of Gujarat there is basically three rounds are present. In first round with select the college in which we want to take the admission. If if the cutoff will match with the college requirement we will get the admission and we need to pay 20000 for confirm the admission if we not get the admission in the college we want, we will wait for the second round and if we got admission in the college we wanted we will pay the 20000 and confirm the admission in that college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Okay I choose this course because of I have an interest in the medical field and the pharmaceutical when I hear about the drugs and their function I Have a curiosity to study about the drugs so I choose this course. The faculty present in the college are well experienced and they have the good knowledge about the field they are basically done PhD or some are M pharm qualified. They are very helpful and clear the doubts whenever we go at their cabin. they are in incourage the student to ask doubts regarding the subject. The exam pattern will be occur in internal or external portion. Internal exam is occur as mid 1 and mid 2. Mid 1 and 2 both carries 20 20 marks. External exam is a main exam which is carried out by GTU which will occur of 80 marks and we need to clear the exam by having 33 marks of passing . Remaining 20 marks are taken from mid 1, mid 2 and the assignment which are given by ourselves.
Internships Opportunities :
There is two type of internship we have to do as per the GTU. In first internship we need to work 150 hour at medical Store and need to give a report to class counselor in which we are share our experience in the medical store or a drug store. In second internship we need to go to a companies or industry to work. I went for a company globela which is present near to my house. There are different companies are also have and contact with our college at which we can go for a intensive like the cedmac, sun pharma, globella , Yash pharmaceutical etc. I work for 30 days in which each 5 days I work in different department like I firstly work in production department and then I work in R&D, QA and QC department.
Placement Experience :
There is a no eligibility criteria for the placement but the basic criteria is about the student doesn't have any back or failure in the subject and the student have to clear all the subject with a good marks. the basic CGPA should be above the 6.5 for passing the placement interview. Different type of industry or companies are arrived for the students like Zentiva, globela and cedmac. The average package of the student is about to 2.5 lakh to 3 lakh per annum and the highest package is got by the M pharm student is about to 6 lakh per annum. Most of the students are preferred the higher study like the M pharm or the MBA but some of the students are apply for the jobs in the company almost 80% of students are preferred the higher study and some of these are going to abroad for the higher studies and in the 20% the most of the students are getting the jobs in the different companies. My plans after getting the degree is appy for the higher studies like M pharm.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I am studying in ck pithawala college of pharmaceutical and my tuition fee is 78000 the registration fees is about to 13000 and the exam fees is 1200 which is taken by GTU the lab fees is depend upon the brakage occur during the experiment. Basically the breakage fees is about 200. My batch mates are also pay same fees but from the year 2023 the fees is increased of our juniors and it is about to 82000 per annum. I take the scholarship named as MYSY which is give the half of my total fees means the 39000 fees is given by the MYSY scholarship.
Campus Life :
There is a library is present in which library cards are given to all the student to take the books according to their interest and their subject. The classroom haver well defined area and the benches present in the classrooms are in a good manner and all the students are seated in a comfort zone and projector is also present. There are intra College and inter College sports are occur in which the many colleges of University are take part in inter College sports event. There are different clubs are present in which literature club, social club, dance club, and different type of other clubs are also present to increase the skills of the students. There is a website is also present to notify to the student about the events and any other type of activities.
Hostel Facilities :
I am not living in the hostel but my friends are living in the hostel and they described me about the hostel and their food quality and menu. The food quality of the mess of the hostel is good and the menu is different in each day. At the morning the breakfast menu is tea or coffee with poha and sometimes upma, idli depending on the day and occasions. At the afternoon the dinner is present with different vegetables and the common things are chapati, buttermilk, papad and rice with the daal. At the dinner we have sometimes same menu but sometimes we got pav bhaji, paneer nu Shak and etc. special items. The PG are also present in a near area and the facility of PG is also good. the rooms are also given by local public to the students and the rent is also affordable.

They are good after m pharma around 90% but after b pharma not much because students opt to go for further education overall it’s is good and students a can rely on placement after completion of their course

Average CGPA should be more than 8. Packages providing will be approx 1.5-3.0 LPA. The placement is about 90%. The packages provided are good and satisfactory. After completing this bachelor's degree I would go for masters degree.

No placements are there . The aveeagw placement in the market is about 1.5 to 4.5 lakhs .As compared to the different field the packages for the freshers are very low . But the faculties based on their refrences they give the opportunity.
