- The college is very reputed and is best college in Haryana after NIT.The alumini network is very strong.The campus area is small so we don't have to walk long distances.The faculties are fine at teaching syllabus. The new buildings constructed are very good and have almost all the facilities like lifts , ac's etc.The ragging is negligible and if there is then the anti-ragging department is there to help .If you join the college clubs then your overall campus life becomes enjoyable.
Dislikes
- The campus is very small.The faculties are not good at talking about real life aspects and teach only syllabus related topics.The drainage system is very weak so during rainy days college becomes a lake . The old buildings are not renovated and don't have ac's in all the rooms . There are no boys hostel so interaction with the seniors is very low .The mess food is very expensive and the quality and quantity are not good.
Remarks :
I gave JEE mains in 2023 and after that I applied here for ECE branch in online counseling and got a seat. After NIT's this was the best college I could get by my JEE rank near my hometown. There were no interviews or written test admission was based only on JEE mains rank.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I had an interest in semiconductors and communication and I was curious about how the internal system of the phones or computers is designed. Most of the teachers are PhD holders from reputed universities but the teaching method of some of the teachers is not good. Teachers only talk about course curriculum or syllabus not about real life aspects or about placements, so overall teachers teach syllabus finely but do not care about other aspects.
Placement Experience :
The placements are low the maximum job offers are made only by IT companies . The placements for core branches is not good so the students learn coding and apply in IT companies. Yamaha, Vipro ,TCS etc are the mass recruiters. Other companies are Samsung (17 offers), Google(3 offers last year), Flipkart,Royal Enfield, Mahindra etc .The highest package offered were 28 lakh by Samsung (2 offers), 22 lakh by Google(3offers). The average package is 5.75 lakhs for the college and for ECE it is approx 6.65 lakhs. Approx 50% students are placed in oncampus placements. As for me I am preparing for GATE and will do Mtech and then will find a job.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The annual fees is approx 102500rs The fee structure is Tution fee : 74500rs Dev. Fee : 18000rs Other fee : 7500rs Exam fee : 3000 This is fee structure for ECE for other branches the fees is slightly changed. The scholarships are not very much but if your family income is less than 2,40000 than the chances of getting scholarship is high.The range of scholarship vary between 20000 to 50000 according to eligibility criteria.
Campus Life :
The campus life is not very good as the campus area is very small and there are no hostel for boys. The library is not very large but hold a wide collection of course related books so one can get a book very easily. If we talk about fests , for the last four years there has not been any fest in the college except for some small events. Before that fests were conducted in September or October month and were of two days. Basketball ball, Kabbadi and Badminton are the main games here and are funded by college. The sports team often visit other universities and the expenses are funded by the college. There are many clubs like Manan , Microbird, Tharunam, Supra, IEEE, Samrpan, Vividha and many more for coding, singing, dance, robotics etc.

The Career Development Centre (CDC) plays an important role in preparing students for internships and future placements. All the Management persons and all Faculties and Heads and Working persons , even the Housekeeping and our Seniors all are very cooperative and helping and have a humble and polite nature. And I really appreciate them all and very thankful to all of them.

KRMU provides placement assistance through its Training and placement cell, which conducts aptitude training, mock interview, resume building sessions and skill development session to improve students employability. Student become eligible for campus placement in the final year subject meeting the criteria of the individual company. Eligible criteria include maintaining the CGPA, having limited or no active backlog, and fulfilling company specific criteria.
A Growing University with Good Facilities and Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements are decent for skilled students with eligibility usually starting in the final year . Companies like TCS , Infosys ,BHEL visit the campus . The average package is around 4-6b LPA . After completing my B-tech degree , I plan to pursue a career in software development

Aroun 6.5-8 cgpa should be maintained to avail for placement. No backlogs. Respect teachers. Fee visited recruiters were ICICI ey pwc etc highest packaging where I heard about was 56LPA and average was around 9-12LPA.

Curriculum was very much reasonable and it was very much easy to understand it also had division of management studies and computer studies which made it very much easier for me to understand the faculty was amazing and very helpful

There is no certain eligibility criteria depends on the company and Many company comes all every year. Layi Blinkit, Zomato et cetera et cetera Also, there are separate departments for placement like CDC department

Currently i am perusing my PhD so not applicable for me and the placements i have seen is very impression companies are good like tcs, bain, lumenci, proedge and average package offered is 12 lpa. so i hope to get a good chance for myself and get a very good placement looking forward for the beat chance
