- Campus is having cool climate, peaceful life and good infrastructure.
- Can gain more knowledge in which your are interested because all the facilities and knowledged people are available in the clg
- They have brought non vegetarian first time in this 2024 academic year, after starting the college.
Dislikes
- Fees slab changes if you get less CGPA or if you get an arrear.
- Strict management, which is good, but sometimes you will feel why they are very strict in that like boys and girls should talk
Remarks :
There is an Entrance test which is conducted by college, named as AEEE, having under 1000 rank can give you a guarantee for CSE course admission. Just prepare for this exam with your 12th and 11th grade subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Maths)
Course Curriculum Overview :
Curriculum is updated for every 4 to 5 years based on the modernization and need for the modern education. Feedback from previous students also play a role for updations. Most of the faculties are very experienced and well knowledged. Most of them are PhD holders. Mid term are conducted in the mid of the sem (after 2 months) and end sem are conducted after 90 working days. Exam will be moderate but correction will be strictly done.
Internships Opportunities :
For core department, MODs are signed with big companies like L&T for getting internship opportunities for students pursuing in amrita. It is exclusively given for only some colleges which includes amrita.
Placement Experience :
Placements are offered in the campus. If you join in core, you may feel placement is very less because, core companies are very less in amrita placement, but IT companies are very vast in this college. CIR gives you training to clear all technical and soft skill rounds during placement drive.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
If you are joining through merit (AEEE and JEE Mains), you will get scholarship if eligible as per the slab criteria. There are four Slab tution fees are collected starting from Slab 1 with 50% scholarship and slab 4 with full fees. To maintain scholarship for 4 years, you must maintain the CGPA criteria given by college for each slab, failing which may lead to increase your fees. Also you maintain without arrears, failing which you get lost your scholarship. Other than tution fees, you may need to spend for papers, printouts, spiral etc.
Campus Life :
The infrastructure of the college is very good compared to other colleges, tobacco free campus and having pleasant temperature (Cool). Every sem will have a big festival like Gokulastami and Anokha, and every 2 months club functions, sports and cultural are celebrated. So many clubs and groups are available which is linked with national and international clubs.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel foods in mess are completely vegetarian, but it's has good taste and prepared in hygienic way, sometimes you may find mixed vegetables in one sambar. Every day a special items like sweet, juices or fruits will be given to hostel mates. Hostel includes speed wifi and hot water (only on morning).

Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
