- Attendance criteria is very less. No one forces to come to classes after first year. It's chill scene for classes.
- College fees is very less. It is very less than most of the engineering colleges out there.
Dislikes
- Campus Life is not good. Campus size is also very less. Classes do not happen so not possible to hangout with friends or classmates.
- Placement here is very bad. Companies do not visit on campus. Most campus that visits our college is for sales profile.
Remarks :
Bare minimum attendance criteria Lesser fees than many other engineering colleges. Government college if it is for tag. Placement is not good here. Companies do not visit on campus most of them are for sales profile. Admission based on JEE mains rank. No GD/Pi conducted. Rank above 80k for general student for CSE and different for other branches and category.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Bachelor of Technology is great option after taking up PCM in 12th therefore I opted this. Teaching is not that great since we don't need to go to classes much. Some teachers are fine. Mid semester exams are easier to crack. To get marks in semester exams is quite difficult since paper checking if from AKTU University and they don't give marks easily. You need to write a lot in papers to get marks since they love giving back to students.
Internships Opportunities :
No I haven't opted for any internships. One company visits our college for internship i.e Veolia. This company is mainly for chemical. Multiple students have opted for internships for offcampus and some have cracked PPO as well.
Placement Experience :
There are multiple companies with different eligibility criteria. Mostly companies which visit our college are for sales roles. One needs to work offcampus for placements. Some recruiters that visits are Veolia, Accenture,Raps etc. One student has cracked offcampus in Microsoft. Highest package is 50 lpa and average package is around 4-5 lpa . Highest package was for software developer role. 70-80% students get placed. I'm planning to apply offcampus for software development roles.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Examination fee yearly: 8000 First Year Fee:700000 Other Year Fee:70500 Scholarship for people with annual family income less than 200000 provided by government of Uttar Pradesh on need basis. Easy to get scholarship if you have right documents. Scholarship amount ranges from 50k-80k. Everyone have same fees.
Campus Life :
Annual cultural fest is Shankhnad was earlier conducted in May but now conducted in month of Nov/Dec. It's a 3 day event with cultural one day,dj night once day and on one day students perform. Anuual sports fest is AAVEG. It's okay. It's inter College event. There are quite a few books present in library. We have AC in the library and apt wifi facility. Sports facilities are not that great we have football/cricket ground, basketball court, table tennis table. There are few societies like GDSC,UI Path,SAC i.e Student Activity Cell . There is our college website as well.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel for girls is only for 2 years. The hostel mess good was not that great just like how every other mess food is. It is compulsory to opt for it for the first year. Rooms are fine they are three sharing with fans installed. Proper wifi facility is available. Fees is around 25k for a year. Mess fees was around 3k per month. There are societies outside college which gives you rooms as well as PG for your stay with average rent of around 3k per person for rooms. For girls hostel is inside campus but for boys hostel is outside campus.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
