College experience of a student studying in one of the best University in South Gujarat
Likes
- There's a lot of greenery in the college with a good well established infrastructure.
- The faculties covers the syllabus on time.
Dislikes
- The rules of the college campus are very strict, you can only stay in the college campus till 4:30 pm and the bouncers in the campus do not allow anyone to leave the campus without the permission of our counsellor even thought there are no lectures.
- The other thing which I don't like is that there are a lot of assignments to complete with each subject having 3-4 assignments which we have to complete although there are a lot of other events too which goes on in the college and along with it we have to do an compulsory internship.
Remarks :
This college was the most nearest college from my home, and it is B+ NAAC grade, and I got admission through AC/PC form after giving the Common Entrance Exam of Gujarat. I did visited the college before taking admission here and I liked the campus and the the faculties here.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose the course of B. Tech. Computer Science and Engineering because I had interest in the programming and Computer subject from the very start. This course in our college has the latest curriculum which includes the course work like - AI & ML, DSA, Concepts of OOPs, OS, Mobile Application Development, DBMS, Software Engineering, IOT, Flutter, Data Communication and Networking and many more. There's a projector in each class and the faculties teach using the ppt and explain the theory in the classroom using the projector and there's a really big computer lab in out college containing more than 200 PC and there's a MAC lab too with more than 40 MAC's which are used to teach Mobile Application development in IOS
Internships Opportunities :
I am working as Full Stack Developer intern in a company named Johari Career Consultancy and in this internship I am build a full stack MERN web application for them which aims at building the online presence of the company over the internet. I am working in this internship with 0 stipend
Placement Experience :
Every year the placement drive goes on from July to September. Most of the recruiters are from Surat like LaNET, IAM(OPS), Video SDK, Propelius etc with an average package of 3-5 lakhs. 20-30% students are placed every year. My plans after the degree is to give the GATE exam and go for the higher education which is the masters degree.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The 1st semester fees is Rs 49,500 and after that from 2nd semester onwards the fees is Rs 37,500 per semester including the exam form charges which are Rs 1,500 and the break down is as follows Rs 36,000 + Rs 1,500. The 1st year fees is Rs 87,000 and the yearly fees of 2nd, 3rd and 4th year is Rs 75,000
Campus Life :
The biggest fest of our University is Uth Fest which is conducted once in a year in the month of February. There's a central library in our University which is the biggest library in south gujarat with more than 1 lakh books. There's a sports event in our college with the name of Utkarsh which is held once in a year. There are a lot of clubs in our university like Literary Club, Music Club, Photography Club, Dance Club etc

They are good after m pharma around 90% but after b pharma not much because students opt to go for further education overall it’s is good and students a can rely on placement after completion of their course

Average CGPA should be more than 8. Packages providing will be approx 1.5-3.0 LPA. The placement is about 90%. The packages provided are good and satisfactory. After completing this bachelor's degree I would go for masters degree.

No placements are there . The aveeagw placement in the market is about 1.5 to 4.5 lakhs .As compared to the different field the packages for the freshers are very low . But the faculties based on their refrences they give the opportunity.

I have selected this course because of placement opportunity. Faculties members are highly qualified and they usually teach using PPT, white board, computer, etc . There is one mid term exam and one gtu exam per semester.
