- The best thing I liked about the college is its infrastructure. It is a very good and cool and aesthetic campus. It is also very clean and also green as trees are planted in every corner of the college a complete by showers.
- The other thing I like about the college is its campus life. It is very good and entertaining and can relieve your stress in just moments.
Dislikes
- The one thing I dislike in the campus is known availability of lifts in the buildings.
- The worst thing in the college is the 75% attendance criteria.
Remarks :
Galgotia's College of Engineering and Technology is one of the best college in Greater Noida. It has a very good placement record and very good education system. It has a very good brand name and the facilities provided to students are above the level of all other colleges. Only the criteria of 75% attendance is the thing that I don't like about the college otherwise it is the best college in Greater Noida. There are two modes of admission in GCET one is through management quota and other is through AKTU counselling. One has to get above 60% in PCM in 12th standard and has to get a good rank in JEE exam to get admission in the college.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum the is that of AKTU Lucknow which is almost same from the last few years. I wanted to choose CS over ECE but due to low rank in JEE exam I had to compromise with CS and head to choose ECE. But I am also satisfied with ECE as it is also a good branch and I also have a keen interest in the electronic world and about how the electronic products works. In GCET every teacher has good experience of atleast 10 year and above and the best teaching styles. The faculty is very helpful and keeps a good eye on the students and helps them in every possible manner. Before the semester exams there are three exams which are held for the revision of students and knowing their level that where they stand. The difficulty level is easy to hard and every question comes according to the study material which was given by the teacher.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The yearly fees of the college is around 115000 and and and for the total course it is around 462000. It is according to me the lowest fees with this much good education and best environment in all Noida and Greater Noida. Scholarships are also available for students who are not able to afford the college fees. The fees is almost same for all courses and for all category students.
Campus Life :
The campus life is the best life in GCET. The largest fest of North India called the UNIFEST is held in GCET only. There are regular events in the campus for the students entertainment. The students talent is also encouraged by these events. GCET has a very good library and almost every type of book is present there. It is a very quiet place and the security norms are also followed that no student will be allowed inside without any ID card. The classrooms are also very good with ACS and fans and a well ventilated class. Projectors are also installed in every classroom for better knowledge of students. Sports is also very encouraged in GCET as regular sports fests are held in the campus which are very helpful for encouraging the talented students. Apart from sports extra curricular activities are also held in the campus like singing events and dancing events. There are many groups and clubs in the college in which any student can take part and at a time three clubs he can join.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
