- The only think I like about the college is i don't have to roam around to find a job I'll get the job in the hospital itself after completing the course And the curriculum activities that make us do is also good The canteen in the college is good And you don't have to pay for the medicines and procedures done on you if you get sick That's it
- The clinical exposure t We receive in the college is good We are exposed to many conditions and situation and makes us to strengthen our confidence and boost our self esttem
Dislikes
- I hate the people in the college The faculty are the worst they won't listen to your request how many times we tell and they will ignore everysingle thing that you would say to them.
- We only get leave twice a year that too only for 2 or 3 weeks . We don't get the government holidays and are not allowed to attend in any festives or go home to celebrate with our lives ones You are literally trapped in the hell hole
Remarks :
I joined CMC because one of my aunty studied there and she told that it's a great college And yes it is a great college if you look at the studies and clinical experience part.If you are thinking you can come and enjoy the college life then you got it all wrong. You are under strict supervision 24/7 and will be 10 times more stressed than you have ever been. Other than that no issues are there and you would be okay if you are a flexible person. If you want a seat in the college for Bsc Nursing and other medical related courses,You have to write an entrance exam which is conducted by the CMC college which includes 5 subjects that is maths biology chemistry physics and mental ability If you have passed the exam you have to attend the interview where they will ask basic and critical thinking questions that is related to medical profession which will be simple to answer If you pass in both exams you GOT THE SEAT! anyone who finished+2 and have basic knowledge can pass the test.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because my mother wanted me to do it. The teaching method is in form of lecture and the clinical teaching are really good in CMC. They train us in a way that would make us survive the harsk environment and swim against the flow For me it's yearly wise exam so it's okay They conduct small test twice a week for every subject and put internal marks according to the test score.if you score bad your internal marks will be low. You will get merit certificate of you do well in your academics and clinical area
Internships Opportunities :
The course is 3 and half years (BSc Nursing) And for six months you have to do the internship During internship you will get not get your salary After internship you are going to do bond. During bond time you'll get the salary which is 30000/- per month
Placement Experience :
You have to do bond for around 3 years in the hospital. So if you're talking about the placement criteria no need You will get a job in CMC itself after your studies and after the bond it's your wish to stay in the hospital or p Fly somewhere abroad
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
When you join CMC for Bsc Nursing the tution fee comparatively less than other college 1st year you have to pay around 80000 without including the mess fees and the second year the amount is reduced to 27000 and 3rd and 4th year it's 27000 The mess fees is 3720/- per month Students can also apply for scholarship to cut off the mess fees for an entire year and you have to reapply the scholarship every year and the condition is you have to pass every year in all subject without failing in first attempt itself The cut off mess fees will be reduced from the salary when you join the hospital for bond after the course
Campus Life :
Life is campus is hell As a nursing student I'm not allowed to go outside and mingle with outside people And life is literally hell in college. It's stressful and you will.meet snakes and all kind of reptiles in the college and among your friends too The college have good facilities like mess library canteen for the students The infrastructure is excellent Its just the people in the famous make everything worse You can go to Gym that is in the college hostel You can work out which you will never get time to do Class rooms have all kind of new technologies and comfortable seatings
Hostel Facilities :
The hotel food in vellore is nice ...t it cannot be compared to hometown food but great when compared to other college The mess fees is also low It's 3720/- per month. The mess hall is hug and is divided into 4 corners to distribute food to all the students The quality of the food is good but the quantity is questionable

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college

College providers many placement to the students if you know arrears we should we have eligible to the placement and highest packages 21 lakh per annum and the average packages 9.5 lakhs per annum the minimum package is 4 lakhs per annum
