There is an entrance exam named CET haryana which is conducted by university of health sciences for 12th passed or appearing students. The exam is or 180 marks divided into 3 subjects physics chemistry and biology 60 marks each there is cut off criteria to get admission in bsc nursing and paramedical courses. There is no need to study something extra for the exams all the syllabus of 11th and 12th class physics chemistry and biology comes from ncert only.. Cutoff is increasing year by year.. College of nursing pgims rohtak is Haryana's top most college for pursuing bsc. Nursing as there is clinical experience also along with theroy classes.. The only point is this college is staff deficient because there are only 10-12 lectures on the college.. otherwise all the faculty is very nice to us
Actually during our 11th and 12th we all aim for mbbs only but everyone can't be doctor and mine second option was Bsc nursing only because there is a lot of opportunities after pursuing bsc nursing especially in clinical areas....... Because nursing care is very important for all the patients.. All the faculty in our college is very nice.the max qualification of our teachers is pHd... All the teachers used to guide us very gracefully.. ..
We have 6 months internship including in our course only... At that time we will be posted in different wards in hospital morning, evening or night duties we have to do for our degree or for better experience on clinical areas...
Actually after bsc nursing degree we have to have entrance exams for government jobs.. There are many exams in different fields like RRB for railway jobs, NORCET fir central,HSSC fir haryana staff.etc...there we will be posted as nursing officer..
Total tution fee is 20000 rs. Per year.... I am not eligible for any scholarship But there is hostel alloted to us which charges no fee there is only electricity bill that is 9000 per year.. Excluding mess charges We do get stipend per month which is max ?500 per month in first year ,?700 per month in second year,?900per month in 3rd year,?1100 in 4th year and around ?1300 per month during our internship which is very low as per intership Mess charges is avg. 2500 per person per month
The campus of pgims rohtak is quite good..the only bad point is there is no separate clinical area and academic area ... There is hospital inside the campus only and the normal people's cam roam around.. Otherwise campus is great.. It's quite breathable..greeny everywhere There are many events that happens time to time at university level say SPARDHA,the annual sports event ; ARMSCON,the annual cultural fest and many more.... There are many clubs and groups run by the students like tree plantation...
Yes, we bsc nursing students are provided hostel.. There is no as such fee for hostle only electricity bill to be paid by us which is 9000 rs per student per year.. Our mess charges is around 2.5k avg per month Food is quite good Hostel building are very old At the time of joining in the college we can apply for hostel..
The Career Development Centre (CDC) plays an important role in preparing students for internships and future placements. The CDC conducts career guidance sessions, skill development workshops, resume-building activities, aptitude training, and interview preparation programs to improve students' employability. One initiative that I personally found beneficial was the Internship Fair organized by the university. It provided students with an opportunity to interact with different organizations and apply for summer internships, helping us gain practical industry exposure before entering the final placement season. Such initiatives allow students to build professional experience and develop workplace skills at an early stage.
The employability is very good and placements are also very good trainers and campus placement cell is highly supportive and companies are arrives regularly on every year basis and growth prospects are very good for the students
All the Management persons and all Faculties and Heads and Working persons , even the Housekeeping and our Seniors all are very cooperative and helping and have a humble and polite nature. And I really appreciate them all and very thankful to all of them.
KRMU provides placement assistance through its Training and placement cell, which conducts aptitude training, mock interview, resume building sessions and skill development session to improve students employability. Student become eligible for campus placement in the final year subject meeting the criteria of the individual company. Eligible criteria include maintaining the CGPA, having limited or no active backlog, and fulfilling company specific criteria.
Placements are decent for skilled students with eligibility usually starting in the final year . Companies like TCS , Infosys ,BHEL visit the campus . The average package is around 4-6b LPA . After completing my B-tech degree , I plan to pursue a career in software development
Aroun 6.5-8 cgpa should be maintained to avail for placement. No backlogs. Respect teachers. Fee visited recruiters were ICICI ey pwc etc highest packaging where I heard about was 56LPA and average was around 9-12LPA.
Curriculum was very much reasonable and it was very much easy to understand it also had division of management studies and computer studies which made it very much easier for me to understand the faculty was amazing and very helpful
There is no certain eligibility criteria depends on the company and Many company comes all every year. Layi Blinkit, Zomato et cetera et cetera Also, there are separate departments for placement like CDC department
Currently i am perusing my PhD so not applicable for me and the placements i have seen is very impression companies are good like tcs, bain, lumenci, proedge and average package offered is 12 lpa. so i hope to get a good chance for myself and get a very good placement looking forward for the beat chance
Nice, faculty of my college is very cooperative and understanding. Helps students with their problems and explain concepts in an interactive and interesting way so that concepts should be understood in an easier way.
