Top notch education but no college life more like irritating
Dislikes
- 70% attendance No medical approved ( any case ) 500₹ fine for using phone in college building. Fingerprint attendance , no manual Teachers mostly come and read ppt. Almost no support and guidance from mentors for future. No sports activities No cultural activities College life is so depressing. For even small things the disciplinary committee suspend students Resulting in short attendance And will have to attend the classes and give exam of particular subject again No bus faculty. Not even parking space is provided College is located near residential area ( sector ) Too long classes 8:30 to 4:30 non stop with 1 hour lunch break.
- Crowd is really bad and rude Mess food is clean and cheap but tastes more like hospitality mess food. The worst thing is disciplinary committee. Students aren’t allowed in class even if they are 2 minute late. No books provided. Online lms is there but the ppt are the worst to study. Old syllabus. Not enough for future preparations. The professor doesn’t care if the students understands or not. They just teach and go. The biggest problem is that no study material is provided. You just have to prepare from google topic wise.
Remarks :
Admission was given on 12th basis Specific test was also taken by college (PCM) No preparation required. 12th knowledge was every No discussions No interview Direct admission They dont even send the entrance exam and sends the admission offer letter directly even if you failed the exam.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have interest in computer science from childhood itself Qualifications of faculty are upto the mark ( mtech and phd ) They use ppt to teach There are basics 2 exams in each semester Minor exam ( mid sem ) Major exam ( end sem ) 30% is required to pass in particular subject Minor major combined The exams are quite easy to pass.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Total 12.5 lakhs 3 lakh per year Development fees is also there increase each year No compensation for reservations Students who had 90%+ and good jee percentile are given relaxation in the fee structure. No financial aid provided Alumni fee 10k Re appear fee 2k per subject
Campus Life :
Campus life is very much boring The college campus is really small And the crowd is too bad. Books and journals are available in library But you have no other option for extracurricular activities Even there is only 1 fest each year And that fest is really boring

Student become eligible for campus placement in the final year subject meeting the criteria of the individual company. Eligible criteria include maintaining the CGPA, having limited or no active backlog, and fulfilling company specific criteria.
A Growing University with Good Facilities and Industry Exposure
Placement Experience :
Placements are decent for skilled students with eligibility usually starting in the final year . Companies like TCS , Infosys ,BHEL visit the campus . The average package is around 4-6b LPA . After completing my B-tech degree , I plan to pursue a career in software development

Aroun 6.5-8 cgpa should be maintained to avail for placement. No backlogs. Respect teachers. Fee visited recruiters were ICICI ey pwc etc highest packaging where I heard about was 56LPA and average was around 9-12LPA.

Curriculum was very much reasonable and it was very much easy to understand it also had division of management studies and computer studies which made it very much easier for me to understand the faculty was amazing and very helpful

Currently i am perusing my PhD so not applicable for me and the placements i have seen is very impression companies are good like tcs, bain, lumenci, proedge and average package offered is 12 lpa. so i hope to get a good chance for myself and get a very good placement looking forward for the beat chance
