- The coding culture is very good in this institute.
- The classrooms are very suitable for learning. They contain wifi digital boards and air conditioning.
Dislikes
- The mess food is the only concern as it is very average. Also, there are no non-veg options.
- And the ground facility is no so good here.
Remarks :
The main reason for choosing the college is the placement records. These records are very impressive. This institute is in first place in terms of growth rate among all the IIIts. Apart from that the coding culture is also a key highlight for the institute. Also, the M.Sc. program is very much unique and one of a kind across India.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is very relevant to the Industry scenario. All the faculty members are very efficient and helpful. Each of them is best in their respective fields. This course has a diverse curriculum and various opportunities. There are semester-wise exams as well. Also there re some internals and quizzes as well.
Internships Opportunities :
I haven't opted for any internship yet. However, I am very confident about securing a good internship offer. Currently, I'm focusing on my academics and gathering relevant skills apart from my course. And this course is perfectly suitable for the current industry scenario.
Placement Experience :
The placements are the main USP of this institution. The placement records of the B.tech and M.tech batches are very high. We are the first batch of the M.Sc. programs so there are no official placement records. However, there are a lot of students who have already secured an internship.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The total fee for our course is Rs. 57000 per semester. It includes all kinds of fees. But there are separate fees for the mess and hostels. The mess fee is Rs. 15000 and the hosted fee is Rs. 3000 per semester. There are a total of 4 semesters in 2 years. There also scholarships are available. The local state students can opt for the UP govt. scholarships. And rest of the students can apply for the national scholarship program by the Ministry of Education. But it is merit-based.
Campus Life :
The campus life is great here. There are several cultural and technical societies where. So, there are various kinds conducted by those societies. There is a fully equipped library as well. Wifi is available across the college premises. Sports facilities are also available here. We have our badminton court, football ground, and volleyball court as well.
Hostel Facilities :
Yes, there are hostel facilities. But they are not conventional hostels. Wifi and all the necessary items are available in these hostels. However female students have the proper hostel facility. The registration process for the hostel is dependent on the availability. But there are also PGs available in the Gomtinagar area around the college.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
