Likes
- The college infrastructure is amazing and another new tower has been constructed. The campus life is good as the campus is big , green and clean . The fresh air can be experienced here.
- Faculty is always ready to guide and help whenever requested or asked by any student. They are always keen to give proper guidance
Dislikes
- Can't roam inside the campus at night . We have to get inside our hostels by 9pm
- College infrastructure is good but the only thing I dislike is that we to wait in the queue for the lifts
Remarks :
I chose this college because of its good faculty and campus and as few members and relatives of our family passed out from this college. The admission process is called SRMJEEE exam which is conducted online and the course and branch is given on the basis of the rank scored in this exam . I prepared just by preparing for 11th-12th.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because of my interest. The faculties here are Phd and further qualified and the method of teaching is good especially maths and chemistry. There are 3 cts conducted usually in a gap of 1 month and then the endsem exams are conducted at the end of the semester. The difficulty level is pretty moderate
Internships Opportunities :
I am still learning a few skills alongside my semester exams and internal exams . I am planning to learn few skills in the vacation and then opt for the internships . The college doesn't provide that much internships . The individual has to look out for opportunities and work hard for internships.
Placement Experience :
Many companies visit the campus placement drives and decent placement is there . Can't say much due to recession and as well as i am still finding out more about college placement pattern. It is decent to have a minimum 8cgpa to be eligible to sit for the placements offered by most of the companies.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For the 2024 enrollments the fee has been increased to 475000/year but during 2023 enrollment the tution fee was 450000/year . The hostel fee depends on the type of hostel you select whether ac or non-ac and hostel fee can vary from 1.1lakh to 2.8lakh
Campus Life :
The life at campus is good as the campus is big enough and very clean and green. The infrastructure is amazing . There are various clubs for dance , music , ncc , coding etc. Majorly 2 fests are conducted "aarush" which is the tech-fest and "milan" which is the cultural fest. Classrooms have centralized ac and good basic amenities. They have the top-most library with vast availability of books. Sports facilities are there like basketball ground, cricket nets , running track , swimming pool , indoor badminton court etc . Students can play but majorly only tamils are allowed to participate in sports events.
Hostel Facilities :
The food quality is average and the menu has diverse options. The only bad thing is the menu isn't changed frequently so we get bored by the same dishes. The hostels are good as per the price . I prefer non-ac hostels as they are value for money . Application for hostel rooms is done on the online portal. The hostel fees includes room and mess fees

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Not bad placement trainings and good faculty members to train for placements . Good companies with good packages come for placement drives who select the best of all and give placements for them. Good placements.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The faculty of this college is good there are strick and the curriculum are good and every one in the college will face 2 test before the main exam internal test one and internal test 2 are the two test and practical will be taken place a side

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college

College providers many placement to the students if you know arrears we should we have eligible to the placement and highest packages 21 lakh per annum and the average packages 9.5 lakhs per annum the minimum package is 4 lakhs per annum
