Likes
- The thing I like about the college is it's safe environment where there is no ragging in our college.I like the stress-free education they offer to us.Infrastructure is somewhat good I like the library of our college very much.It has a wide variety of books.Faculty is very good and kind...and respectful...
- Another thing I like about my college is the canteen where the seller puffs both veg and egg puffs.They are very tasty and affordable.
Dislikes
- I hate the infrastructure little bit.....and also I don't like the character of some people that's it.
- There is nothing to hate more about in this college.
Remarks :
I choose this college because of the low fees structure compared to any other arts colleges in chennai.And also they offer good education on low fees.The college is affiliated to the university of Madras this is the second reason I choose this college.Many colleges get more fees than this college and give the some education.No entrance exams are conducted during my admission process.They see if you passed on all exams,our group name and also they see year of passing out of school. They give chance to students with low marks also.This is the greatest benefits of this college. Everyone should proper education from our college. Everyone is equal here.Many students get benefit from our college and get a good job.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose this course because it was a very knowledgeable course it had a lot of scope in this generation. The course is also very easy to study.All the faculties here have a lot of qualifications and experiences. They teach lessons properly .They complete all the syllabus on a proper time.We can revise the syllabus clearly before exams and score good marks. Doubts are cleared by faculties on that spot itself.They offer a quality education. If we listen to the classes properly we don't have to prepare for the exams very hardly,we can write the exams with that listening knowledge and get good marks.The professors are very kind and respectful. We can experience a safe environment around them.There are two types of exam here one is CIA exam and another one is model exam.Totally we have to write 10 exams.If we don't attend the exams we should pay a fine for that.For CIA exam the syllabus is only three units.
Internships Opportunities :
Actually our college don't offer internships.But I'm doing an internship now.I have applied for an internship on linkedin and I got selected for the internship. But there is no stipend for the internship.I really want to get more knowledge and experience in my field that's why I'm doing the internship. Now I'm the team leader of another group of internship.I'm really gaining some experience and knowledge during the internship.I'm looking forward to internship which pay stipend for me.Now I'm doing internship on sales and marketing,which was really useful for me.I hope this internship will bring good things in the future for me.It'll help me to get good jobs in the future with the good package.
Placement Experience :
There is a placement cell in our college they ate responsible for placement opportunities. Placements are conducted from a wide range of companies.Placement rate is depend upon the batch of the students studying in our college.Nearly twenty to twenty two different companies visited our college.If we get selected the minimum salary will be 18000 to 20000 depends upon our skills ,knowledge and experiences. My plan is to get a good job after completing the degree.The job would help me to gain some knowledge and experience in my field.And also I want to pursue a Master's degree after complete this degree.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I paid 32000 for my first year and I paid 36000 for second year.For third year we are paying 40000 ,the fees was gradually increasing year by year.There are also scholarships available for SC and ST students. The scholarships are also available for Muslim students also.And government school students also get a separate scholarships.Both boys and girls of government school get 1000 every month from government and our college help them to get it.During exam time, exam fees should be collected .If a student have arrears in the exams ,they should pay extra amount to the university. Maximum exam fees is 1100.And also if we don't attend class regularly and did not attend the exams properly fine amount should be charged foe us during the hall ticket issuing time. So everyone should attend classes regularly and attent all the exams regularly. If We attend classes and attend exams properly,the fine amount is zero.Tuition fees is 13000.Hostel fees is 80000 in the 1st & 2nd yr.In 3rd year 1 lks.
Campus Life :
The campus of the college has very safe and clean environment. The college has two canteens,in one canteen they sell lot of snacks,tea ,juices and coffee and in another they sell only puffs.Both veg and egg puffs.Our college conduct fest every year during February month. It will be conducted for two days.They conduct a lot of events during the fest.students from all colleges can be participate in the events.The winner will get certificates and medals.The library is the very safest and calmest place in our college.It contain a wide variety of books and journals for every department. Students can be take books using a library card.Two library cards should be issued for students. ALL KIND OF SPORTS PRACTICES ARE GIVEN TO THE STUDENTS.Sports events are also conducted in our college. If they another college conduct sports events ,our college are able to participate. Many students achieved a lot of things in the sports in our college.NSS is there in our college.
Hostel Facilities :
I haven't been to the college hostel.But I heard about college hostel rooms and food. The hostel rooms are very spacious. Only three members should stay in one room.Each have separate cupboards ,cart and bed.There us a common bathroom for everyone. The food is okay and the menu has a lot if varieties. They serve tea and milk during evening time.They also provide snacks at evening times.The hostel fees is 80000 per year at first and second year.But now the college fees is 100000 per year. The hostel is very safe .There is a security fir hostels.And there is a CCTV cameras inserted in all the floors.There is a separate block for arts and pharmacy students in hostel.

Placements are given in high reputed companies, even companies like Microsoft, IOS, intel are also collaborated with the college. And for animation they provide placement in" Toonz Animation, Techno park, Thiruvananthapuram.

Placement Experience :
Placements are good like when you rech the 4th semester you will be told to register the Placement portal and you will be charged 5000 to register in that Placement portal after that people from good companies or professional Placement trainers will come and train you give you classes the classes will be there until 5th semester end. After that many Placement offers will come to you in your given emails and you will be able to apply in those companies if you are eligible they will contact you. Internship offers the staffs itself give all the active Internship details in the college whatsapp group it will be created once your classes begin.

Placement Experience :
The eligibilty varies it's better to no arrears during placements average package could 3.5LPA Around 60 percent is placed I got placed. IN our college there are various companies that come for placemrnt like Capegimini, hcl, wipro, airtel, Ericcson.
Good college and value for money
Placement Experience :
Around 70% of the students from this course got placed, which is kinda decent I think. The highest package went up to 21 LPA and the lowest was around 5 LPA. Some of the main companies that came for recruitment were TCS, Zoho and Wipro. For internships also, students got chances in companies like Zoho, Amazon and Wipro. Most of the roles offered were related to HR, not much technical roles from what I heard.

The fee structure in the college is high and for different course the fee is different for ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING I am paying ?90000 and for bus ? 16000 and someone in my class is paying ?125000 so not everyone is paying the same amount in the college
