- I like the initiatives taken by college such as clubs which is very helpful in technical and other learnings growth.
- The course curriculum is not based on aktu which is very good.
Dislikes
- Our college occupy a very small campus in size. So sports ground are not proper.
- The attendence criteria and work pressure is a big issue in this college.
Remarks :
It is a autonomous institution. Which has a course structure developed by their top aluminis. It requires above 90 percentile in jee mains or 90% in boards for CSE branch. The bad things about this college is a lot of work, pressure and 75% attendence criteria in every subject.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Course structure is designed by top aluminis of KIET group of institutions. The course curriculum includes practical knowledge but to survive you have to do a lot of hard work. Approx 60-70% faculty of our college is phd from iit, nit and other top colleges.
Internships Opportunities :
I am in first year now, I have not any skill for which I get any internship. But the internship opportunities in this college is above average as college gives you a 28 days holiday for internship in 2 nd year which is a very good work.
Placement Experience :
The placement opportunities is average in this college median package is approx 5 lpa and average is 6 lpa with 70% students placed. The minimum cgpa requires for most of the companies is 7.5 now. I want to start my own startup.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tution fees of the college is 112000 and other charges are approximately 30000. Scholarship is from up government for the students have family income below 250000. There is not any financial aid given by college personally. Up government scholarship is based on your category. It is 60000 approx for general and more for others.
Campus Life :
The campus of KIET group of institutions is very small. It occupy only 17 acres of land. The college students runs various clubs and societies for entertainment and enjoy. There is also a fest called epoque is arranged in month of April.
Hostel Facilities :
I am tried to opt hostel but due to less number of seats I did not get it. But my friends say that the food quality of the hostel is good. Triple sharing rooms is available in hostel for first year. I rented a pg name white house on a rent of 7000 per month.

They were no campus place name because I opted for humanity degree and humanities degree comes with no direct placement after UG and it acquires greater and highest studies so right now I am doing my post graduation and the emploibility is very low

Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is well structured and covers both theoretical and practical knowledge which helps to build a strong foundation for a subject like biomedical. I always had interest in human health and diseases which is why I chose this course. Faculties are always willing to clear doubts as they are well qualified in there particular domain. And overall I feel the course provides a good academic environment for students. there is a academic calendar provided which gets updated time to time and exam are conducted according to this calendar only.

Placement Experience :
Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
