Remarks :
I got this college from the entrance test of Bundelkhand University Jhansi which is named as Bundelkhand University entrance test. If you score good percentage in the entrance test than you can get admission here. There are no interviews conducted for the admission. After your selection you just need to come to college for physical reporting.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum of Bsc agriculture sciences is very haptic with more than 5 classes per day and the classes run 6 days in a week. The internal exams called sessionals are conducted every month. There are approximately 10 subjects in each semester. The faculty is of Agriculture department is supporting and encouraging also they are highly educated.
Internships Opportunities :
I have not opted for any internship since it is not offered in first year of my course. But the internships provided in the further years is from a highly reputed University. We can get placed as guest faculty in our university if we complete our doctorate degree.
Placement Experience :
I have not got any internships in my first year. But my seniors have been provided internship in maharani Lakshmi Bai Central Agriculture University in mushroom cultivation. The internship provided was really nice but was unpaid. If I do not get campus placement then I will go for higher studies to become a researcher.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The course fee of Bsc agriculture honours is 30500 rupees per year in which the tuition fee, caution fee, admission fee ,library fee and other charges are included. If you have domicile certificate of Uttar Pradesh then you can apply for Uttar Pradesh Government scholarship. The candidate from general and OBC category can get more than 50% of fee back through scholarship and student from ST and SC category can get complete tuition fee back through scholarship. The fee can increase in one or two years or it may not increase.
Campus Life :
The life at the Bundelkhand University campus is really good. in our college events are conducted most often and the fest is conducted majorly in the month of February and March that are Bundelkhand literature festival BLF and National science festival NSF. Different department celebrate their respective days and weeks like pharmacy day, law week, engineering week, forensic week etc. there are different clubs that are working in the university like Hunarbaaz 2.0 and Abhigya 1.0.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel buildings are nice but there is lack of facilities like Wi-Fi , water cooler are not kept at particular places and mess food is also not good. Hostel rooms are perfect in size and well ventilated. We can apply for the hostels through the official website of Bundelkhand University by student login portal.

Campus placements start from the 7th semester for students, once the University criteria is fulfilled. As B. Tech Biotechnology is a newly introduced course, there is no Branch wise Placement data available for B.Tech Biotechnology as of now but the university does attract companies like Nestlé, Yakult, Dabur, Cognizant, Accenture, Infosys, HCLTech, and so on. The university stated the overall highest package was 60 LPA and the average placement was around 5.4 LPA. My ambition is to pursue a career in Biotechnology in R&D or QA/QC or Biopharmaceutical industry after graduation and enhance my technical knowledge.
